This Kiawah Island vacation rental features three bedrooms, beautiful views of Cougar Point Golf Course, and a convenient West Beach location. The villa is about a 6-minute walk to the beach and a stone's throw from Cougar Point Clubhouse and the West Beach Conference Center.
Situated along the 17th fairway of Cougar Point Golf Course, you will appreciate the views and privacy this end-unit Fairway Oaks villa affords. The main level of the lovely two-story villa houses the primary living spaces. A comfortable living room offers plenty of seating surrounding a wall-mounted TV and expansive golf course views. The open living room seamlessly flows to the dining area and kitchen. Enjoy preparing meals in the updated galley-style kitchen with white cabinets and countertops and a pass-through window to the dining area.
Three large bedrooms, one downstairs and two upstairs, are perfect for unwinding after a day of golfing or beachcombing. The first-floor bedroom offers a full-sized bed, a TV, and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. Ascend the stairs to find two additional bedrooms with scenic golf views. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a TV, and a private bathroom with a shower tub combo. The final bedroom has two twin beds and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
