In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 3, the maximum allowed occupancy is 8, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 3.
This beautifully appointed 3-bedroom Kiawah Island vacation rental sits behind the Cougar Point Golf Course and is just a 5-minute walk to the beach.
The villa features a reverse floor plan with the main living spaces located on the second floor. Upstairs, you'll find a bright and open living area with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, making it the perfect place to relax after a day on the green or at the beach. The dining area seats six and has a view into the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and everything you need to cook and entertain with ease. Step outside to your private balcony, located just off the dining area, and surround yourself with Kiawah Island’s serene nature, perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
Downstairs, the first floor hosts three inviting bedrooms. The primary suite includes a queen bed and a private en-suite bath complete with a walk-in shower. The two additional bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished, one with a queen bed, the other with two double beds, ideal for families or friends traveling together. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo, with the third bedroom also having its own access to the bathroom.
Step outside to your private balcony and surround yourself with Kiawah Island’s serene nature, perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Nice well supplied condo very close to the beach. The listing said king bed in master and it is a queen.... Not a deal breaker but if your used to a King it will feel small.
