The Space:
This picturesque four-bedroom, four-bathroom home features wonderful fairway views! It's a great home for families or groups of couples traveling together with three king bedroom suites. The main master in the back of the house has a sauna in the bathroom, and the second king master has a large bathroom with a double vanity, a whirlpool bath, and a separate walk-in shower. The third king bedroom (in the front of the house) also has a private bath, and there is a twin kids' bedroom with a trundle bed and direct access to a hall bathroom. Bring up to two dogs along. The living room/dining room has a vaulted ceiling and a large wall-mounted TV. The living area opens to a large sun porch with plenty of light and tranquil views of the fairway. The kitchen is off the living area, offering granite countertops, renovated cabinets, and newer appliances (including two refrigerators). There is a breakfast nook off the kitchen for casual dining. You can also find a new screened porch with a table for four, a loveseat, and a ceiling fan, as well as a new spacious deck with a grill and a table with an umbrella!
This house is centrally located in West Beach, 700 yards from the beach and within close biking distance of the amenities in Freshfields Village. The property includes parking, 24-hour security in a gated community, central air conditioning, cable TV, internet, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, linens, and bath towels.

Our stay at Kiawah was amazing! The home at 4 Greensward met all of our needs. We had plenty of room in the living areas and the bedrooms were perfect for our family. I especially LOVED the sunroom in the back. We will definitely be back again for another summer vacation! D. Dupre

The house has a great location within walking distance to the beach. The beach was terrific with plenty of space and dog friendly. We enjoyed bike riding on the local trails. The house was very clean, great amenities and a well stocked kitchen. The property write up could do more to share the kitchen amenities like the included dish ware, cookware and cleaning supplies.

Spacious. Clean except for floors and rugs. They were dirty and turned our feet and socks black. Needed more lamps throughout, especially living area. Also front outdoor lights did not work.

Most disappointed with the outside. So dirty. Could not use the outside chairs or tables. The one king bed was hard as a rock. The inside was clean, but the towel that I opened first to shower had spots/stains all over it.
