This updated Kiawah Island vacation rental offers 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, hardwood floors throughout, comfortable furnishings, a back deck, and views of Cougar Point Golf Course. It is only a 5-minute bike ride to the nearest beach access.
Located in West Beach, this vacation home has it all! Relax in the living room on the sofa or 4 cozy chairs while enjoying a movie on the large flat-screen TV. The dining table offers seating for 8, perfect for enjoying family meals together while on vacation. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need for cooking meals and includes beautiful cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a large center island with 4 bar stools.
The primary bedroom, located on the first floor, features access to the back deck, a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a gorgeous private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other first-floor bedroom features a king bed, a TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the second level, you will find a day bed in the hall, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The first upstairs bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second upstairs bedroom features two full beds, a TV, and a bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
Access the back deck from the living room and enjoy the outdoor furniture, gas grill, and fairway views.
The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. Guests do not have access to the homes garage.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

The home is very spacious with room to gather or spread out. Nice deck with 2 tables and lots of seating. Location on the island is perfect, walk to beach or bike to most anywhere. Our family had a great time and we will come back to Kiawah Island!
