101 Surfscoter Ln is the perfect getaway for any type of retreat. From family gatherings or a quiet girls' weekend to a golfers paradise. Experience expansive views of Cougar Point Golf Course in any room! Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, with very close proximity to Cougar Point golf course, and Kiawah Island's 10-mile stunning, wide, natural beaches!
The charm of this coastal retreat begins in the home’s two-story entry. Masterfully placed windows welcome abundant natural light across the polished hardwood floors of the gracious foyer and introduce the voluminous aesthetic found throughout the residence.
A thoughtfully conceived open floor plan combines living and dining areas for a great room that is open to the kitchen. Large windows frame gorgeous fairway views and two sets of French patio doors open onto a spacious deck and screened porch, which foster inspired outdoor entertainment alongside the golf course.
The home has plenty of space for a family to spread out in. Hang out on the rear deck area to enjoy the sunshine or have your meals outside in the covered, screened porch eating area. The spacious kitchen area makes cooking meals a breeze, while the adjoining living room and a family room upstairs provide places to unwind after a long day on the courts, course, or beach! The family room has a daybed with a trundle for additional guests.
Fireplace and Jacuzzi bathtub in master bath unavailable for guest use.
Hurricane doors in living room, kitchen, and master bath to rear of house -- lift up all handles before locking.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Property does have linen included. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). Guests DO NOT have access to any of the resort pools located on Kiawah Island (including pools at The Sandcastle, Night Heron Park, West Beach, or The Beach Club).
If you have the time take a short trip (35-45 Minutes) to Charleston, America's most charming southern city. There you'll find world class dining, shopping and lots of history to explore.

Very nice property and excellent location. Very short walk to the beach. The only issue we had was the was intermittent and did not work much of the time. And when it did work, it was very very slow. When I measured it, it was less than 4mb download which does not support much of anything. I left a message with ESPM but did not receive a call back. I did not follow up as we were enjoying our vacation and we just used our cellular hotspots to bridge the gap. I would recommend you use something other than what you have in the house. Our consensus was this would prevent us from renting this house in the future and look for another property. It's not a deal breaker, per se, but if you pay a lot of money for a house, you expect, in this day and age, to have sufficient wifi. That is my only complaint with the house. It is a great property and we would recommend it to others with the caveat about the wifi.

We had a great week. Lots of sleeping space and loved having upstairs den, screened porch, grill area and LOVE having outdoor shower and use of garage. Lots of tvs, which was good. Bathrooms and kitchen were somewhat dated, but kitchen appliances and supplies were fine.
