This incredible 7 bedroom home with a unique open architectural lay-out is located in Kiawah Island's sought-after West Beach area and sits just one block from the ocean and sandy shores of the prestigious golf resort. The home itself features two screened porches, scenic views of the surrounding maritime forest, and a grand central living room that makes it ideal for hosting friends and family. Because of the homes open walkways and lay-out, it is full of natural light and provides a welcoming atmosphere throughout the home. There are two king suites located on the main first level of the home, both with private bathrooms. The remaining five bedrooms (3 queens, 1 double, and 2 twins) are on the second level of home, and all of these rooms have access to two different shared hallways bathrooms. Kiawah Island offered various family fun options: beach, golf, bike trails, fishing, playgrounds, Freshfields village shops, seafood, and super accommodations!The house location, a block from the beach and easy access to bike trails, allowed for selecting multiple adventures!Great time!!

Arrived at night. No lighting up the front steps. Good thing for cell phones. Very pleased with our stay. When the coffee pot did not work, it was replaced immediately. I feel like the sectional (couch) could have been cleaner. Many stains. Plus the kitchen needs pots and pans, as well as glass baking dishes. Measuring spoons etc. We cleaned the garage up when we left. It was really messy when arrived. This sounds like a lot, but we all really had a wonderful time. Thank you.

The house was just what we needed for our vacation. We were celebrating my daughter's graduation from High School and my son's graduation from College with their friends an my family. The open concept allowed for plenty of conversation. The rooms and bathrooms were great size and there was plenty of room for everyone.
The proximity to the beach was fantastic. A lot of great memories were made during the week.

We absolutely loved the layout, space, privacy and location to the beach was fantastic! The kitchen was filthy and as for it being well stocked? Nope, no whisk, no measuring spoons, badly damaged pots, pans, etc. Not much to work with and we did cook the entire time we were there so that was disappointing. But we did not let that ruin all the other positives. We looked for properties to meet our needs and there are very few out there that are not ridiculously overpriced.
Overall we were happy with the home and everything else was pretty clean so if they can step up their cleaning crew and get a good solid deep clean in this would be our go to house everytime we visit!!
