Welcome to Kiawah Island! This is the perfect home for friends or family gatherings and or quiet get-aways!
Conveniently located in the beautiful West Beach Village of Kiawah Island, this spacious home is great for vacations. This recently updated home has hardwood floors in the main living areas and is located on a quiet cul-du-sac, surrounded by large live oak and palm trees. This home offers a quiet setting but easy access to all of the action. A private swimming pool and expansive deck is right outside your back door and within 30 feet you can access 25 miles of bike trails to ride, walk or jog. There are also 4 beach chairs, beach toys and a beach umbrella available.
** Please note that the pool can be heated in the off season for $55/day **
This home makes a perfect home base, whether you like to kayak and explore the tributaries of the Kiawah river, play tennis at the nationally recognized Roy Barth Tennis Center - a 10 minute bike ride away - play basketball / volleyball / soccer at Night Heron Park, or play golf at also one of the nationally recognized golf courses. If your thing is to shop, you can visit the shops at The Sanctuary Hotel, or visit Freshfield's Shopping Village (2 miles away) or beautiful Charleston (25 miles away). And of course, the beach: shelling, sun bathing, walking, swimming, surfing, or just reading a good book on one of the least busy stretches of beach on Kiawah.
This home offers a nice open floor plan with plenty of room for everyone. The dining room has table seating for 8 plus 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter which has a large eat-in bar/island making serving easy. In the morning enjoy your coffee on the screened in porch - just off the dining room. There is a 50' HDTV to enjoy after a busy day on the beach or in the evenings while you wind down. The master bedroom has a king size bed with attached private full bath. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed and a single bed, the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. These 2 bedrooms share a large, full bath with the vanity/sink area separate from the toilet/shower area. The 4th bedroom has 2 single beds.
Enjoy coffee and breakfast poolside in your own backyard! Or after a day at the beach, come home to a relaxing afternoon by the pool. We have an outdoor dining table that seats 6 and 6 lounge chairs as well as various pool toys that are there for you to enjoy.

The propane grill is always ready for your use. There is a full gas tank in the garage should the one on the deck run low. The island offers wonderful children's camps filled with exciting daily activities and excursions. A marina with deep-sea fishing and sailing charters is located at the nearby Bohicket Marina. Easy access to the city of Charleston is a great addition to your vacation. Several restaurants are present on the island as well as in the city.

We had an AMAZING time at Vivian's property. This house is very comfortable, clean, and is fully stocked for a long stay. These are very considerate, responsive hosts and they were so helpful and were quick to respond when I had questions. Every part of the house was super clean, and organized. The kitchen was fully stocked (cooking items, oils, condiments, foil, parchment paper etc.). When I couldn't locate a kettle that I thought was listed in their description, a new kettle was immediately ordered and sent to me the next day. The pool is very private and was kept well-heated for my kids to swim in every night. They are very generous with their beach/bike equipment in the garage. The one story house was very convenient as well for the older adults. I would absolutely stay here again - it's a lovely home and it's clear the hosts care about their guests' comfort. Thanks again Vivian!

The trip was wonderful! The owners and the house were fantastic. House was beautiful and the quiet location was very peaceful. Definelty recommend and hopefully we will be back for another vacation!

The house was a great choice. the owners answer quickly with any questions we had, the garage was filled with bikes and beach chairs which came in handy. It was an easy bike or walk to the beach, quick 2 min drive to the grocery store and shopping. The house had everything we needed and more. We’ll be staying here for our next Kiawah trip

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the property. Easy check in, property was well represented on VRBO. Great pool for a family with small children. Very nice kitchen. The family was pleased with the property and very much enjoyed the visit. We would recommend to anyone
