We arrived at the hotel front desk at 9 AM on the day of our stay and confirmed our reservation, only to be told, “We don't have your room. Go to another hotel.” They said, “If you have any complaints, contact your travel agency,” and refused to assist us in any way. We had booked four months prior, and our names were on the guest list. Despite knowing about us in advance, they gave us absolutely no prior notice. When we contacted the travel agency, they simply told us to find and book alternative accommodations ourselves. Beyond that, they just read us the terms and conditions like a chatbot. It was the worst.

Quieter location compared to tonsai pier.
On the beach and good supply of sunbeds
There was an Asian hornet in our room and a millipede which we had to get rid of, and in the middle of the night two women tried to get in our room, despite us opening the door and telling them they had the wrong room

Lovely resort
The staff were kinda rude and not welcoming to help with questions we had

Good breakfast, nice location, boottrip in front of the hotel. Very nice beach.
Room can't be better paind make it special for the people

Great location near the beach. Tucked away on long beach short taxi boat ride away from the main bit.
We stayed in the 6-room apartment block at the back, and the walls were relatively thin; you could hear all the other guests. The room has a lot of potential, very big; however, there is nowhere to unpack your luggage! A big space as you walk in, it could have some furniture for clothes.

My stay at this resort was excellent! I really liked the beautiful surroundings and the amazing attitude of the staff – you can tell they truly care about their guests. They even helped me with my luggage since I had a broken toe, which I really appreciated. The services were above standard, and everything went smoothly. The location is perfect, with easy and direct access to the sea, and the view of the ocean and the landscape is absolutely stunning. Breakfast was great, with a wide selection and fresh ingredients. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again!
What I didn’t like was the old air conditioning and the many uneven steps around the resort, where I unfortunately broke my toe.

Nice beach
Breakfast could be better. The hotel facilities need to be modernized

Beautiful beach location, very private and away from busy tourist area - however this is only accessible by long tail boat which depending on conditions can be difficult to get on and off of
Rooms are big but in great need of updating and deep cleaning, bed was very uncomfortable and caused backache after a few days. Air con does not cool down the rooms sufficiently, it was actually cooler outside in the 30 degree heat than inside due to the sea breeze. Breakfast was poor and we did not bother after the first day. Family who arrived at the same time as us moved hotels due to cockroaches in the room.

The best thing about this place is the location. It’s chilled and away from the noise of Phi Phi town. There are about 5-6 restaurants to choose from along the beachfront but the better 2 are on the very end of Long Beach. The accomodation is like a 3 star hotel and was great for our 6 days. After changing from the plunge pool room (which wasn’t very private) we had the better superior rooms with a great view up a small hill and some stairs. The staff were friendly and helpful when needed but generally leave you alone to enjoy your holiday. Our rooms were made up almost daily or whenever we put the sign on the doorknob. Breakfast is a simple buffet, but they do cook up good fresh eggs and omelettes - a staple in Asia :)
We were pleasantly surprised at the variety of fish off the beach and around the rocks when snorkelling but needed to be careful of the currents.
If you’re not too fussy this place is great and I would definitely come back just to relax and eat.
The owners need to use a toothbrush and some bleach in the tile grout in the showers. It’s not hard to throughly clean this.

Beatiful room and view. Need to get a boat taxi as far and some dangerous bits to walk. We did it and it was very hard and dangerous in places.
Breakfast very good. Very welcoming and right on the most beautiful long beach.

The facilities are old and a bit broken. The breakfast was poor.

Situated on a lovely beach with magnificent view of Phi Phi Lei Island.
It was very dilapidated and run down. Seriously needs refurbishing.

The view from the room was nice.
The telephone in the room didn’t work we had to call the manager on her mobile to get any support. There was no room service after 8pm.
Getting to the resort from the boat was a challenge. And there were too many monkeys around. Monkeys took away our sandals from the balcony.

Great quiet location, right on the beach, lovely pool and staff were great. Breakfast was basic but some options of rice, noodles, toast, fruit, tea/coffee.
Everything was great.

LOCATION! Just wow. Long Beach is amazing. We saw sharks, nemo, some of nemo’s friends and lots of other fish while snorkelling. Beautiful beach, very close to Maya Bay, Pileh Lagoon and Bamboo Island. You can book a private tour with longtail boats for a reasonable price from Long Beach. The evenings and the sunsets were divine. Not many restaurant options around. Not a place to stay for party people. Very calm beach.
There were monkeys that were trashing the place, but it was funny :) Not get too close though!
We got a free upgrade, but our friends didn’t. One night we had a cockroach in our bathroom, but this is normal in Thailand, you’re basically in the jungle.
The facilities could be improved. The price is waaaay to high for the comfort you get. Breakfast was very poor. With a little more attention, this place could be paradise.

The location is stunning with fabulous views, the beach is great. Shark Point, close to hotel, is swimmable to and whilst snorkelling I was lucky to see 6 black tip reef sharks.
The WiFi and air con was very good.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately the bar and restaurant were not open but luckily there are three excellent restaurants on Long Beach within other hotels which we used.

The location. Otherwise.... I'd rather chosen another hotel.
- Cockroachs in the room (had to ask 5 times for a bomb)
- No hot water
- Bed matress super hard (but hopefully they fixed it by adding an extra layer)
- Difficult to communicate with the staff

The resort is located on an amazing beach, with snorkeling sites reachable from the beach. The manager was nice and gave upgraded us to a bigger and easier-to-reach villa.
The resort is old and tired, it needs quite a bit of maintenance to bring it up to the level of a 3-stars hotel. The room was big but poorly maintained; the bed too hard; we had no hot water the first day, but the problem was fixed promptly. Except from the manager, the local staff did not speak English. The breakfast was poor, very limited selection of non-Asian food. The resort has not restaurant, no bar: to get a drink or a coffee or an ice-cream you need to go to neighbouring resorts; all in all not a good value for money, especially during the holidays season prices were inflated and too expensive for the quality of facilities and services

Amazing location
Lack of services
6.0 / 10.0
the location is stunning - unfortunately the resort itself feels a bit run down - the rooms are generally quite nice but needing a bit a maintenance. The shared areas are basically non existent (the bar is closed and the only options for refreshments are water and beer). The included breakfast is quite poor, with very limited choice of food (unlabelled - so you have to open every single pot to check what’s inside). We ended up having lunch and dinner at nearby resorts.
The shared areas are definitely not up to the standards - I am not sure if this is caused by the post covid period but it should be advertised.

Long Beach was a relaxing paradise away from the hustle and bustle of the main area. The room was clean and spacious.
The hotel was not up to the standards portrayed in the images. Food options were limited.

Aircon was Amazing and the water that was supplied was much appreciated!
The shower wasn't good at all! No hot water and the drain didn't work.

The staff carried out baggage off the boat when we arrived and again when we left
The furniture in the restaurant was sticky and each time I used it I had to especially ask for the table and chairs to be cleaned. The room smelt of damp and the bathroom looked worse for wear

very chill vibes, quiet atmosphere and clear sea water. the swimming pool isn’t big but clean. there’s free water activities equipments for the guests such as kayaking, paddle board, etc. all stuffs are very friendly and all food at the restaurant are delicious.
the location is very far from the town so there’s less restaurant or activity options, you have to go to the town for massage, shopping, etc.

staff were rather un helpful, the shower was blocked the door to the balcony was broken so super hard to lock, we let the manager know the kettle was broken he just told us to plug it in which it was but the button wasn’t working, he then said he would sort it but didn’t, he did give us a mattress topper as the bed was super super hard after us asking for one (felt like it was just the box spring) but it didn’t do much the air conditioning also wasn’t cooling the room, we walked further down the beach and found a new hotel to stay at on the other end which was amazing, I would not recommend staying in this hotel
