Phi Phi Long Beach Resort & Villa

The view from the room is very good looking straight at phi phi national Park the cleaning team do a great job too and reception staff always very helpful

Breakfast was a disappointment two of the three days very few options on those two occasions The bathroom wasn't in the best condition but everything worked fine so not to bad Lack of restaurant at the hotel but others are very close by next door in fact

Beautiful location, ease of check in, friendly staff

Cleaners were leaving replacement towels water and toiletries outside the room. Bin needed emptying and floor sweeping. Reported to reception and it was sorted quickly.

This was perfect for our 1st stay in Thailand. Ignore the negative reviews. I read them after I booked and so was abit nervous of what we'd find but it really was great value for money.. delicious (basic) breakfast including fresh cooked omelette. Perfect clean spacious room (A2) right by the beach. The bars etc close at 10 so not noisy.. but you can catch longtail to and from the town til about 12.30am if you want to stay out abit later. Restaurants from neighbouring hotels were also great.. cheap cocktails and food but good standard. Also had a fireshow which was hilarious and a bbq next door. The beach bar serves delicious food and cocktails. Staff all lovely and responsive to any queries. Little mini shop next door for essentials. Room clean. Bed quite firm but we liked that. Free longtail on arrival and departure. Brilliant aircon. Sunloungers on the beach and we asked to borrow an umbrella from the bar.. we booked private cheap 6 island trip (half day) from the hotel which was brilliant .. but go early .. like 7.30- 8am to avoid huge crowds.

A couple of monkeys arrived on the beach one day around 4pm and rifled thru a few bags of people that were in the sea so be wary of that .. but that's Thailand for you and out of anyone's control.
