There were a lot of amenities tucked into a small space. Kind of funky, but quaint. Nice setting on the shore. Staff was helpful.
Not many places to eat nearby.

Right by the beach. Ok room for Dangriga standards. Clean.
I know Belize is expensive for tourists, but it felt nevertheless really expensive for what we got. We were given the only room with barely a balcony on the ground floor, could hear the TV from the other room, there was no mosquito net and the room felt quite cramped. Those things wouldn't be a problem if it wasn't for the price we paid for it.

We were only here for a night, transiting from a boat trip to Belize City, so didn't really get to explore the surrounding area.
We had one of the unrenovated rooms - maybe one of the last unrenovated ones - & it was ok, but the renovations looked good & fresh in our friend's room.
The bar & restaurant next door is a short stroll away & has a good menu & lovely sea breeze.
If you need to adjust the shower water temperature, the instructions are in the room - we didn't see them till we were departing :-)
Enjoyed the ocean view & pelicans zooming overhead, especially when a storm rolled in.

The be honest, we were a little worried when we first pulled up to the building. But the rooms very exceptionally clean. And the bed was comfortable. There was plenty of hot water, and the view over the ocean was beautiful. The owner and the staff were very friendly and helpful as well.
This is no fault on the owner's part, but the erosion on the beach was very disappointing. I had imagined myself plopped in a beach chair reading a book. But that didn't happen. The beach is gone, so ignore those photos. The view from our second floor room was amazing though! And being a coffee lover, I missed my brewed coffee in the morning. But I guess that's not a "thing" in Dangriga, as I couldn't find a restaurant that served anything but instant coffee either.

The property was an easy walk from the bus station and the boat dock and felt like a safe location. The room was clean and comfortable and had a working AC. The gentleman who ran the hotel was really nice and was very accommodating when I had to stay longer due to illness. Would recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Dangriga.

Good value, clean, basic necessities. Check-in was a little wait and get help at the hotel door, check-out was easy and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Loved the sounds of the waves just outside our bedroom window.
Staff were not present on arrival. Location is what it is, not glamorous, this is an economy hotel that made an adequate stopping off point for one night.

Air conditioning was excellent and really appreciated on a hot sweltering day. TV had cable and we enjoyed watching an assortment of American sports.
In walking distance to supermarket (10 minutes) and restaurants/bars (10 minutes). In walking distance to port for water transfer to Tobacco Cayes (10 minutes).
The gentleman running the place was super friendly and helped us arrange taxis. The room had a kettle and coffee making facilities. The hotel had everything we needed for our overnight stay.
Could do with a refurbishment; paint/furniture a bit outdated. Fridge not working.

Everything! The space, the comfort of the bed and pillows: the hot and cold water in the shower stall: the AC; the coffee maker and microwave; the patio facing the beach is my favorite. Watching the sunrise and talking with God made each morning feel extremely blessed.
I couldn't stay longer 🤣🤣🤣👏🏾👍🏿

We stayed here because it was convenient for a tour office but found it exceeded our expectations. The property had been renovated with all new tile throughout and it was very clean. For a basic room for one night it was perfect with a nice deck looking over the ocean.
Thete was no breakfast and the closest restaurant was done its menu by 6:00 PM. You need to plan to eat early or have access to a vehicle or taxi.

Very helpful owner. Lovely balcony overlooking the ocean. Nice to have microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee machine.
Slightly dated

we could hear the sea. the balcony was small but okay
Very rundown, hot water was non-existent after 1 short shower, 1 decent chair on the balcony and 1 broken plastic chair, the shower dripped continuously, the bathroom mat was a ratty towel cut in half. We requested another pillow and stopped by the office after dinner, as arranged,to pick it up. No one was there. At 9:45, there’s a knock at the door and it’s the manager with the pillow. The good news is he brought it. The bad news is we were already in bed! We were also disappointed that even though we were right on the water, we couldn’t swim in the sea due to all the silt, a constant condition. Not the hotels fault but it should be mentioned.

We were charged 4 times the rate for one night. After a month and a half of correspondence with the management, the refund is still incomplete (we were refunded 2 of the overcharges, but are still owed one night rate).
The manager has been very prompt to respond, and has shown willingness to solve the issue, but the results are not there! We have spent hours trying to settle this issue...
Too bad, because we enjoyed our stay. The room was pleasant, and our dealings with the manager were pleasant.

I did not get to stay. Booking.com showed rooms available and gave me a confirmation number; however nothing
The person I spoke with argued that he had updated everything showing no availability. When I tried to explain that booking.com showed availability and gave me confirmation, he was somewhat rude and acted as though I was lying

perfectly located, on the beach and a short walk from the bus station. I loved it. Mr Clement, the man in charge, was very nice and very helpful. There was hot water, and a beautiful high-pressure shower.
nothing really.

The location was perfect, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff was exceptional.
The bathroom was too small for me especially the shower.

Location right on the beach, walking distance from the bus station and the centre of town with a few restaurants. The view from our room on the sea was beautiful, the host is lovely. unfortunately it was raining when we stayed, so we appreciated the netflix on TV even more!
Room was spacious, decent beds with good pillows.
Out shower drain did not work perfectly, but that was maybe because of the rain. Other than that, it was all good!

the property is right on the Caribbean Sea and our room had a lovely little patio which looked out over the beach. We enjoyed our sunrise coffee and evening refreshments sitting out there.
The room is nice enough and the bathroom had been renovated as well with a rainfall shower head which is a nice surprise for Belize.
Not the hotels fault but Dangriga isn’t a place I would recommend visiting.
The WiFi was patchy in the evening when there were multiple rooms using it.

The room we got seemed newly refurbished and it had some nice features - fridge and also Netflix on TV (we watched it, because it was raining all evening and night). It is on the beach. Nice small restaurant nearby. Close to the bus station. WiFi worked well. Considering just the room it was OK (but for the price we paid, you should normally get more than this just OK).
As said, the room seemed recently renovated, but apparently they didn't manage to finish the balcony yet as it was simply missing - the door to the balcony opened to a gap to the sandy beach in front of the house, regarding the balcony there were just bare pillars, also no stairs to the sand (it was not that high, around 1m, so it was possible to "climb" down) (also note that some other rooms had a balcony). Yes, it is on the beach, but the beach in Dangriga really isn't nice (I would say similar also for the town itself), it is sand, but in the water it is kind of muddy (it doesn't seem that people would be coming here for the beach anyway). Of course this is not a fault of the property nor under their control, but because of that I wouldn't stay here longer, although the room itself was not that bad; we stayed here just for 1 night on our way to Tobacco Caye (a tip if you are considering to go there - think twice, do some research, as I would not recommend it - it might be worth to spend more on a Caye with a nicer beach and less garbage and seagrass, but can't say for sure as we visited Tobacco Caye only). As said, the room was OK (can't say anything particulary bad about it, just the missing balcony), but on the other hand the price was also high, probably not so much because of the quality of the property itself, but because of the fact that there are not many accommodations to choose from in Dangriga.
