It were my sons who chose the pods and they liked it a lot! The chicken was there every morning to check on us😄
There was no sponge to wash the dishes, had to do it with a cloth.

Amazing location, great set off point for our NC500 trip. My first time in a glamping pod…..and we loved it.
However, it was the friendly hen that tapped on our door to join us for breakfast ❤️

This glamping pod was such a lovely retreat in the middle of nowhere. It was extremely cozy and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, with a few small provided items as a nice touch. Heating worked great, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was spotless. Parking right out front was very covenient.
The real highlight, though, was the chicken! She greeted us shortly after check-in and was back outside our pod again the next morning. Such an adorable surprise.
Perfect size for 2 people, might feel a bit tight for more than that. We'd absolutely stay here again!
