The property was really well thought out. Nice small private garden to enjoy the weather. Everything you need is there. Comfortable beds. Nice quiet area about 15 min walk from the town itself.
There was nothing to not like about the property although I do think it looks a bit tired, a wee freshen up would make all the difference.

We had a fantastic 3-night stay in Aviemore! The house was perfect for our group of four adults and two babies. It was clean, cozy, and very well-equipped. The absolute highlight was the garden—watching the steam train pass right by the back fence was a memory our family will never forget! The location is excellent, making it so easy to visit Cairngorm Mountain and Loch Morlich. We also had no trouble parking our large Toyota Estima on-site. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable base in the Highlands.

Great location, lots of space and equipped with everything you need
Outside bins were absolutely rammed with rubbish. Didn’t look like they’d been emptied for a while.

Lodge is much bigger than it looks. Master bedroom with en suite was at back giving us peace from the boys.
