This housr is like a home away from home & is very comfortable and well equipped.

The property is a great location very central to going into aviemore town centre and is walking distance to most pubs, restaurants shops and cafes. Lots of space within the property and has a very homely feel to it. Kitchen is well equipped for home cooked meals and cinema room along with hot tub in garden are added bonuses.

I only have one small complaint and its just the fact there was no salt at the property for the driveway as my 84 year old gran was with us and it was freezing temperatures. We found it hard to get her out the house safely but this only happened towards the end of the stay and we couldve got some from aldi down the road but managed to get her in the car safely from the front door instead of walking through the street.

A very spacious, well equipped and well located house that is a great base for the Cairngorms.

Location excellent for a local base for activities. Plenty of space in house inside and out. Well equipped. Friendly locals.

Had to push hard for communication before arriving on entry time (asked for earlier and was just an automated response) and lock code only came after I chased 2 days before arriving. No email sent to me until then with details. Water pressure in taps upstairs could vary. Had to hunt for welcome pack and details for appliances and operation of heating.

Komfortowy i zadbany dom w szkockim stylu

Dom jest bardzo zadbany i robi dobre wrażenie od samego początku, a dodatkowym atutem jest odnowiona oraz w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, co stanowi świetne rozwiązanie dla osób, które – tak jak my – wolą gotować na miejscu zamiast stołować się na zewnątrz. Pościel i ręczniki były czyste, co podkreśla dbałość gospodarzy o komfort gości. Sam budynek to klasyczny szkocki dom z charakterem, w którym łatwo poczuć lokalny klimat i atmosferę regionu. Po uruchomieniu ogrzewania w całym wnętrzu panowało przyjemne ciepło, dzięki czemu pobyt był komfortowy nawet w chłodniejsze dni.

Jedynym minusem były skrzypiące drzwi i klamki, które szczególnie w nocy potrafiły być uciążliwe. Zwróciłyśmy również uwagę na słabe ciśnienie wody pod prysznicami, co nieco obniżało komfort korzystania z łazienki.
