This was a lovely home in a wonderful area with loads to do. We really enjoyed our stay in this house and it was great for our family of 5. Having free fast WiFi was an added bonus.Only couple of downsides were no towels supplied, not even hand towels for the bathrooms, and lack of some kitchenware for cooking.

Over the years this is the second visit to this property small things make the difference like toilet paper soap washing up liquid and is a lovely home I would suggest tightening the upper floor boards are need tightened ass with three kids waking up when anyone goes to the loo but great stay

We stayed for three nights while doing a cycling event in Inverness – three adults in total. The place was spotless, and the host gave really clear instructions which made everything easy. A big bonus was having access to the garage to safely store our bikes. The area is absolutely stunning, and we’re already planning to come back, this time with the family.

Communication was good, answered questions when asked … you need to bring your own towels, which you are asked to bring …. No toilet rolls were provided … so please bring your own, so your not caught on the hop!!

We had a very enjoyable stay in Aviemore. The property was well equipped and finished to a high standard. It was within walking distance to the Main Street. It was a lovely setting and made our stay in Aviemore even better than we expected.

Great House with everything you could need in a great location. Clean, tiny and very comfortable, just perfect for our long weekend birdwatching. Lovely 15 minute walk along the river into Aviemore too.

A lovely family holiday in this nice modern house. If I were to be picky then perhaps towels and an oven glove could be supplied and maybe worth enclosing the back garden for people with dogs. Everything else was spot on.

Celebrating a birthday at the house with the wettest October on record, flooding everywhere and roads closed but we still managed to get out for some walks. Only issue with house is no washing machine or drying area within house to hang extremely wet gear.

We were a group of Firefighters from West Yorkshire staying in Aviemore for a weeks Golf at nearby Boat of Garton.The house we stayed in was perfect for our group of 4 Adults. It was spotlessly clean and appeared to have been completely refurbished. Great location just 25 mi walk to the Town Center. would highly recommend.👏

Great property, not far to walk down a well lit path to centre of Aviemore. Lots of great walks with or without a dog. Very quite area, sonever disturbed with any traffic noise. Very clean inside and good quality furnishings, would not hesitate to recommend.

Everything was good we realised it was newly decorated and the standard was Ace Had problem with microwave and owner dealt with it the same day Loved the situation so handy for centre Enjoyed sitting out in garden in the mornings As the bath was new it was slippy and I’m sure a safety mat would solve that problem 😊 Had a wonderful holiday

Great communication prior to arrival. Clean house with comfortable living arrangements situated in a quiet cul-de-sac about 5 minutes from the town. For me the quality bedding made it a great stay, as I slept well. Was excellent for the price paid and would recommend.

Enjoyed stay good place for area not too far not too near. One problem though house has garden and dogs are allowed but the fence just goes around some of garden leaving both sides of house without fence of gates. We stopped going into garden as we had to have dog on leash at all times.😟

We loved or stay here and the house was just what we needed. A lovely walk down a tree lined lane that took us to the centre of Aviemore in no time at all. It was peaceful and quiet at night assuring a good nights sleep. We would definitely recommend a stay here. Thank you.

House was lovely and ideally located. All mod cons with the inclusion of a washing machine. Our only minor issue was it does not have an en-suite. Lovely shower and sink in master bedroom but a toilet would have met our needs better

Perfect property with room for a family close to all local facilities. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Didn't end up bringing my dogs but if had would have been good for garden fence to be enclosed to let them stretch off lead but apart from that comment all very positive and would book again. Highly recommend

Easy to find. Access to property easy. Good information about the local area left in the property. Quiet cul-de-sac, but nice walk along river into town. TV, DVD and Netflix always a bonus for teenagers.
