The location was great just a 5 minute walk to the Kings Arms where they do excellent food. Went for a walk to the near by moorings and then to Dotty's Bistro which was also excellent. The following day went on a long walk to Ludham Bridge via Staithe Road which has some lovely buildings etc

Very clean, comfortable and access to a lovely garden. Very well equipped with a bottle of milk for a much needed cuppa after a long drive.
The entrance. A bit of a blind corner and cars faster than you would expect going past. OK once you get used to it.

A beautiful cottage in a quite little village. Everything was catered for at the cottage and we had a very peaceful and relaxing stay. The village pub was excellent. The small shop around the corner was convenient and adequate for necessities.
Everything was fine no problems.
