The property is located on a lovely family friendly site with a pool, play area and clubhouse. Close to places of interest such as the Norfolk Broads, Yarmouth and caister castle. The chalet was clean and well equipped with all we needed for our stay. Value for money.
The outdoor furniture was in need of repair/replacement. Screws picking out were sharp. Hot water was very hot so dangerous for our little one when washing her hands. Could do with thermostat turning down.

Great location, 10min walk to Tesco/small high street and around 15min drive to some of the amazing Norfolk beaches. River Ant and the Broads right around the corner! Lovely place for the family, nice and green, swimming pool and club house open and running smoothly. Great communication with the owner, very helpful with the booking!
Electricity on 1or 2 pounds (good we had some parking change in the car).

There wasn't any brakefast
Heating water was missing, there was no toilet rolls, bedding not fresh, hot water is not working, I have to was washed with cold water, front door lock hard to open ,kitchen light not working
