We liked the room, the breakfast and hosts were great, and the closeness to the church on the hill was great for us.
There really was nothing that we did not like.

The grounds and pool were amazing! We flew from the United States and the first day we recovered from the trip with an excellent breakfast and relaxing morning by the pool! The view was breaktaking!
Our air unit needed repair, but the temperature outside was perfect for overnight…unfortunately, they were limbing trees in the olive grove so we were unable to sleep-in to catch up on our sleep. They started work before 8am. Still, we loved our stay and would return if visiting Assisi again. Sarah was wonderful and worked very hard to make us comfortable!

A great location and pretty pool was the highlight of this B&B below Assisi . We had a lovely room with a little outside seating area which was perfect for enjoying a glass of wine. Breakfast was served in a lovely vaulted room with a good selection of sweet treats, hams and cheeses. The coffee was excellent quality The accommodation was very good value for money we thought.
Maybe the pool cleaning robot could be used after the pool has closed for the day. The kind staff member sorted this for us so we could have an afternoon swim .
