Beautiful Ubrian View

Clean, simple, friendly, and proximate to the L.Go Properzio bus stop for easy access with luggage. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and offered a breakfast on the house. I had a room with a beautiful view over the valley. It's an easy walk into the town, but it's nice to be outside the main drag because it's quiet at night. I felt safe as a single female traveller. Assisi is very small, so you can walk anywhere from the hotel within 15 minutes. They let me keep my baggage behind the desk when I checked out so I could explore the town for a couple more hours. This is a good location for anyone on pilgramage or travelling on a lower budget, as there is a well stocked grocery store just across the street. You can get a sandwich here for half the price of any place in town. A travel tip - the buses dont run exactly on schedule, so give yourself ample time to make it down to the train station.

Bed was a bit hard but fine for one night.

Assisi perfect

Very good room. Place very close to the Assisi village and Sant Damiano sanctuary. No need to go there with the car. You can also buy some natural olive oil from them.

Gemütliches Zimmer direkt beim Zentrum von Assisi.

obwohl praktisch im Zentrum von Assisi gelegen, ist das Quartier völlig ruhig. Die Zimmer haben herrliche Aussicht nach Süden in die Olivengärten. Man ist in 5min direkt in den Gassen von Assisi. Die Gastgeber führen eine Bar und sind extrem freundlich.

ci è piaciuto tutto, è la seconda volta che soggiorniamo c/o questa struttura e già stiamo programmando per la terza!è una camera come piace a noi senza fronzoli e con tutto il necessario,posto centralissimo e silenziosissimo,con un parcheggio,giardino e terrazzo ad incoronare il tutto.I gestori sono più che gentilissimi e, oltre alla loro cortesia nel soddisfare le nostre richieste,ci hanno pure offerto la colazione nel loro bar anche se non era inclusa con la prenotazione,

Ottima struttura camera spaziosa e molto confortevole, Host super molto gentili ci hanno offerto parcheggio privato è un ottima colazione ,anche se non era compresa nella prenotazione TOP!!! Ci hanno lasciato parcheggio dopo il ceckout per goderci una seconda giornata per il centro storico

Tutto. Accoglienza fantastica, in una bellissima struttura a due passi dal cuore di Assisi con parcheggio privato adiacente all' host. Camera fornita di tutti i comfort, pulitissima e spaziosa. La gentilezza di Federico che ci ha offerto le colazioni nel Bar di loro proprietà è davvero unica. Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie mille di tutto ❤️

Per prima cosa la posizione,vicinissima al centro ,poi la camera pulita , anche i padroni del b&b molto simpatici accoglienti .la camera ben fornita di tutto

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

La stanza è confortevole, viene pulita tutti i giorni, a 5 minuti a piedi da santa Chiara. Ci è stata offerta una piacevole colazione al bar. Un plus i simpatici gatti e il parcheggio interno alla struttura. Ci tornerei.

Tutto bene i gestori gentilissimi è simpatici, struttura curata tenuta bene con una splendida vista e con un bellissimo il giardino, ottimo il parcheggio e poi è stata offerta anche la colazione che alla prenotazione non era specificata …. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente…
