The cottage: Murlach Cottage is a Luxury five star cottage in the centre of Ballyconneely which is on the Wild Atlantic Way. Keoghs pub is just up the road. There a is church just across the road. The property has nice walled gardens ideal for small children to play and amazing views across the Lake. Easy access to beaches Dunloughan, Mannin, Coral Strand, short drive to the Connemara Golf club, and only ten minutes from Clifden town or the boat club. If you are surfers, walkers or water sports enthusiasts or just like open spaces with good access to amenities, this is the property for you.

Inside: As you walk in there is a hallway and you can go straight through to open plan sitting room/dining/kitchen and sun room area. Sitting area has couch and chairs,TV and gas fire. Kitchen is like a cream colour and is fabulous with all mod cons like a dishwasher, coffee maker and 2 ovens. There is a dining area to the left and to the right are sun chairs/couches. This area is all glass and is looking out over the garden and on to the lake. There are double doors and a patio area where you could sit out.Going back to the hallway there is a spiral staircase and off this is a bathroom with bath and shower. Going back up the hallway there are 2 double bedrooms. Both bedrooms furnished extremely well with wooden wardrobes with glass doors, fancy big lamps and bedside lockers. Good linen and throws on the beds. Up the spiral stair case is a room with 2 singles and is only suitable for children due to the low ceilings and also a double ensuite bedroom furnished to a high standard.
