In the hamlet Montecchio Del Loto 10 km from the centre of Cortona, in a sunny position, 20 km from the lake. Private: property 7'000 m2, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi. 400 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking at the house. Grocery 900 m, restaurant 5 km, bar 800 m, thermal baths "Chianciano Terme" 34 km, bathing lake "Trasimeno" 20 km.
