Enrico the host was friendly and very helpful providing lots of helpful hits and information on the area during our stay. The bakery delivery of fresh goods in the morning is wonderful.
We loved staying at Terra di Cortona, there was nothing we did not like. We only have simple observations and some suggestions.
Lighting in kitchen area: the fridge blocked out natural light in the corner of the kitchen where electric hob situated, the hob extractor fan light and ceiling light did not appear to be functioning.
Master Bathroom: although a beautiful bedroom and bathroom, there was no shower curtain so we opted to take the ensuite which had a walk in shower. The whole family used this shower.
Gallery: the TV is set up in the gallery, but only two chairs provided. We were unable to operate the TV, some instructions would be helpful and a sofa for a larger group, particularly when it is raining.

Posizione strategica per raggiungere velocemente città e borghi famosi e no ma sempre molto suggestivi, vicinissima al lago Trasimeno. La tenuta è molto bella, adeguatamente ombreggiata, mantenuta e gestita con grande attenzione da Enrico e la sua famiglia, che ti accolgono ancora prima che tu arrivi, e anticipano persino tutte le domande che potresti fare dandoti tutte le informazioni che vorresti avere. Insomma, sei in totale autonomia e ti fanno sentire però accudito e sempre con estrema discrezione.
Notevole la possibilità di poter scegliere il cuscino adatto al proprio collo: non capita spesso di trovare nella camera da letto più cuscini di diverse altezze e consistenze.
La piscina e l'area circostante, mantenute alla perfezione, sono semplicemente fantastiche.
E il panettiere che al mattino presto lascia al cancello il tuo ordine di pane, focacce e croissant vari è davvero una bella idea.
Dovendo proprio cercare qualcosa, nell'ampio vano doccia dell'appartamento scelto, lo Zaffiro, si sentiva un po' la mancanza di un ripiano dove appoggiare bagnoschiuma e simili.
