External Description

Villa Santanna is located in the Tuscan countryside, a few km from Cortona, the ancient Etruscan town. Surrounded by a private garden, the property boasts an outdoor dining area with barbecue, and a lovely lounge area with sofas and armchairs, ideal for memorable aperitifs at sunset.

Inside the garden there is also a fenced pool (6 x 14 m, depth 0.90 - 1.40 m), open from 20 May to 30 September, and equipped with: sun loungers, parasols, and external shower.

Next to the pool there is also an outdoor heated hot tub, which can be used free of charge from April to October.

Moreover among the outdoor spaces you will find a children\'s swing with a basket, a ping pong table, and a foosball table, for the entertainment of adults and children.

Lastly at guests\' disposal a covered parking for 6 cars.

Internal Description

Villa Santanna is spread over 2 floors and can accommodate up to 18 people, has 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms are endowed with air conditioning.

Externally there is also a laundry room equipped with: washing machine, iron and ironing board.

4 baby cots and 3 high chairs are available on request. Pets are allowed on request (up to a maximum of 2).

Ground floor: On the ground floor you are welcomed by a delightful living room, furnished with sofa, armchairs, fireplace and tv. Following is a spacious open-space living area with a dining room (able to accommodate up to 18 people), and a modern kitchen with island. The kitchen is fully equipped with: dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine.

Also on this level there are 3 double bedrooms (two of which have ensuite bathroom with shower), 2 twin bedrooms (including one with ensuite bathroom with shower), and two bathrooms with shower.

First floor: Going up to the upper floor you can reach a second sleeping area, consisting of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with an adjacent bathroom (with shower).

On the first floor you will also find two independent apartments, accessible from an external staircase. Each apartment is made up of: a living area with kitchenette and dining table, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Final cleaning; Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance; use of the pool and the outdoor hot tub.

Excluded from the price: Air conditioning on consumption (0.80€ per Kw/h); heating on consumption during winter months; tourist tax of 2.50€ per person per night for the first 4 days, excluding children under 12, to be paid upon arrival.

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 1,000.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
