Surrounded by 30 hectares of vineyard and oak and chestnut woods, it guarantees absolute relaxation and privacy. Ideal for 8/10 people.

In 15 minutes you can reach Cortona, Montepulciano or Lake Trasimeno, in 30 the 'airport of Perugia or the city of Arezzo, in 45 minutes Siena, in an hour Florence. Pienza is 30 km, Bagni a Vignoni 40 km , Rapolano teme 35 km, Assisi 70 km

Beautiful villa in Tuscan countryside with lots of room - 5 bedrooms/5 baths. Close to Cortona which was our favorite hill town. Gigi, our host, arranged a private cooking class for us at the villa that was exceptional. We couldn’t find any gnocchi, ragu sauce or tiramisu the rest of the trip that lived up to Chef Enrico’s! The day we left they were harvesting grapes on the vineyard next to the villa.

Group of 9 had a fantastic stay. The villa is superbly fitted out with lovely decor and kitchen equipment. The kids loved the pool as did the adults and the evening meal area was superb. Very good communication with the host who gave us some great suggestions. Loved our holiday and the villa was exactly what we needed. Very secluded so loved watching the stars with lots of local wine.

What a great few days. Wonderful setting and location. Close to things to see and places to visit, but quiet and serene amongst the vineyards!

This is a beautiful property with 5 spacious bedrooms, abundant bathroom space and a tidy 10m pool.
The kitchen electrical objects were modern but the fridge freezer kept alarming and sometimes seemed to temporarily fail.
The air conditioning did not work at all and could not be rectified. It will be repaired soon.
The owner very kindly provided very effective fans which were a blessing in what was particularly hot weather, 40C one day.
Yet the heat is dry and one acclimatises.
The house is truly beautiful and spotless, the door bolts are prone to scraping backs and arms if one is not careful.
The owner and his wife provided a great personal service, with a welcome pack, and I for one appreciated the Vino Nobile de Montepulciano from a local vineyard.
The pool was really perfect and very necessary, being so far inland.
We spent a very happy time there and would like to return.
The only serious problem was the day before we departed from Scotland, and I received a call from the owner telling me I had cancelled and my payment had not been transferred . I had the shock of my life and I think it might be due to glitches in the VRBO website, because nothing of the kind had happened in reality. I had noticed it was difficult to use the App. This is because I’d booked through Homeaway but I think VRBO owns Homeaway. There was some glitch because of these two agencies working together.
Anyway, Gigi and his wife were great and we are glad to have met them, and glad to have rented the villa. They were kind about a couple of small breakages too.
