Pretty apartment with a beautiful view! Kind and friendly host. Free parking is very close- 1-2 minutes walk.

It was HOT! That’s what made the stay uncomfortable. Everything else was fine. It has air conditioning but it wasn’t working properly. We waited 24 hours to see if it improved but the apartment never felt anything but too warm. I spoke with the host about it, she said it was due to the heat wave in Italy. But the heat wave was the same in Rome and the AC there (also in an old building) cooled very well. Francesca kindly offered to let us move to another one of her properties but we politely declined. We were scheduled to be there only 2 more nights and my family chose not to spend the time packing, moving and unpacking again.

La posizione è davvero comoda e offre una vista stupenda

E’ saltata la corrente avendo acceso il phon ed è mancata l’acqua (a prima mattina fondamentale per l’uso del bagno) perché la vicina bagnava i fiori. Manca la luce all’ingresso basterebbe un sistema di accensione automatica al passaggio (ingresso esterno completamente buio)

Stove doesn't work well. I would not plan on cooking big meals here. One one burner worked OK. AC works great for the living/ dining area but not for the bedroom (there is only one unit). They could have better written instructions about various things in the property (washer, stove, turn on gas, recycling). No info where the circuit breaker was. We had to call the owner several times. Good thing is that she answered the phone and we could get help.
