Perfect location in the heart of Cortona

We loved this apartment for its central location and spaciousness. It had everything we needed (there is a laundromat close by, and you can hang your washing out to dry on the window) Alessandro, the host, was super friendly and always available, his information sheet with restaurants etc was very useful and was kind enough to offer us a late check-out and the opportunity to leave our bags until our transfer arrived. I would definitely stay here again!

It would be a great place for younger people who want to cook, etc. as there is so much room!

It’s absolutely enormous and interesting! Very comfortable. We had many helpful and kind WhatsApps messages with the owner regarding parking and other issues.

The parking situation was horrendous! Maybe we arrived on a bad day but it took an hour of driving to park within a comfortable walking distance( with luggage). It was a bit of a hike to the center from the property as well. We had to plug in the fridge and struggle to understand how to work the hob as the gas was off. The hot water didn’t work and a repairman had to be called.

We loved Cortona.

The location was excellent. Very close to the main square and small supermarket. There was plenty of linen. The apartment was very clean.

The apartment was VERY dark. More lighting is definitely necessary. It was also very austere with very little furniture, nothing decorative. Needs more of a homely atmosphere. The owners were very helpful.

Perfect stay in lovely Cortona

The apartment is lovely with an old world feeling which compliments the fact that you are staying in the historic centre. The free parking is at the wall of the old town which is a few minutes walk up a hill to the apartment. The check in and communication with Alessandro were great. I would have no hesitation in recommending and staying in this Apartment on my return to lovely Cortona.

Superb

The location is exceptional, literally a 3 minutes walk from the main piazza. The apartment is very charming, with typical tuscan ceilings and old cotto tiles in the bedrooms.

Not a biggie, but one of the bedrooms looks on the street which in the morning can get pretty noisy

Stupendo, super consigliato

Il soggiorno presso questa struttura è stato davvero molto confortevole sia grazie alle premure dell'Host, che ci ha indicato perfettamente tutto prima dell'arrivo, sia per l'appartamento che è davvero spettacolare. La nostra esperienza è stata davvero molto buona. Abbiamo chiesto, solo un giorno prima, all'host di approntare una culla per la nostra bimba poichè ci eravamo scordati. L'host si è subito dato da fare per farci trovare una culla. Questo è stato per noi una salvezza per far dormire in modo confortevole la nostra bimba. L'host è stato sempre presente se avevamo bisogno, ed inoltre ci ha pure concesso un late checkout che è stato davvero prezioso date le condizioni meteo non proprio facili da gestire. L'appartamento è davvero molto bello, curato, caldo e pronto per un soggiorno anche più lungo rispetto a ciò che abbiamo fatto noi. Inoltre è situato a qualche minuto a piedi da una splendida piazzetta dove si trovano molti Bar, negozi , ristoranti etc

Direi che non c'è nulla che non ci sia piaciuto dell'appartamento ma nemmeno della cittadina. Davvero tutto alla grande

Nel cuore di Cortona

In pieno centro storico ma non distante dal parcheggio pubblico gratuito. Rispettando la fascia della ZTL è anche possibile arrivare nella piazzetta adiacente per scarico/carico bagagli. Appartamento ben riscaldato (soggiorno mese di dicembre/gennaio), dotato di tutti i comfort. Cucina ben attrezzata, bagno funzionale. Pulizia eccellente. Infine il vero valore aggiunto è l’host Alessandro, gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto nel fornire indicazioni e suggerimenti. Torneremo sicuramente.

Bella Cortona

La casa è vicina sia al centro che al parcheggio gratuito della porta del mercato. È a piano terra quindi comoda e accessibile. Ha due stanze da letto attigue una con finestra e l'altra no comunque aerata con vetrata alta di ventilazione e luce. Cucina molto curata, accessoriata e munita di stoviglie di carta. Soggiorno elegante e accogliente. Doppia esposizione che conferisce un clima fresco alla casa. Consigliato

Spazio bellissimo, comodo e caldo. Ottima posizione vicino c'è il parcheggio gratuito e vicino il centro della Splendid Cortona. L' host Alessandro è gentile e accogliente....da ripetere!!!

Der Besitzer hat alles ausführlich erklärt und auch wo man gut und umsonst parken kann. Hat auch mal gefragt , ob alles

Alles war alles sehr schön meine Kinder und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Sogar ihm Bad war alles da. Von Schaumfestiger über Duschgel und Rasierer alles da. Sehr sauber. Alles Zentral und zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Wir waren viel unterwegs und die Strecken lassen sich da gut von A nach B zu fahren und hatten dann auch immer ein Parkplatz ohne Probleme.

Da gab es nichts , was einem nicht gefallen hat.
