Everything! It’s well equipped for two couples, clean, comfortable and in a great location. Parking space by the house and a relatively short walk to the old town - steep, but that’s unavoidable in these parts. Sabrina and family are perfect hosts.
Nothing really. But for information: the walk to the town involves a short section of grassy/rocky path and a short section of main road without pavement - probably <100m.

Fabulous spacious apartment with incredible views from the terrace. Tuscany at its best!!! Perfect base for exploring Tuscany. Tricky driveway the first time but navigation guide on the website was fantastic. There was a spacious free parking area on the property for our car and a short walk up the hill to the centre of Cortona. Our hosts, the Paci family were fantastic and even helped us organise a tyre repair. We definitely lived the dream in this apartment..
The only thing we didn't like was leaving..

Incredible view and lovely property. Owners could not be more accommodating. We traveled with friends so this location is perfect with 2 bedrooms and 2 king beds.
We certainly hope to return one day!
Maybe a pair of binoculars to see the beautiful view.
