La struttura ha una posizione eccellente, a poca distanza dal mare (5 minuti) e dalla stazione (10 minuti), e a pochi passi da un negozietto alimentare locale, un bar con birre artigianali e un bar pasticceria. La casa è molto ampia e fresca, con una cucina spaziosa e un giardinetto molto carino per mangiare fuori.
Distanza eccessiva dai bidoni della spazzatura, stoviglie un po’ sporche all’arrivo, spazi bui e umidi a causa della posizione seminterrata della casa (che però la tiene fresca!)
