About this apartment rental

The apartment, located on the ninth floor of a condominium complex served by two elevators, consists of a double bedroom with a sea view terrace, a living room with a panoramic terrace overlooking the bay of Levanto, kitchen and bathroom with large shower and hairdryer Wall. It is located a few steps from the beaches and the town center. Levanto is the first town that meets after the famous Cinque Terre, easily accessible by train or by boat.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dishes, glasses, cutlery, kitchen battery, utensils for everyday use. Linen for beds, towels, ironing board and iron are also available. Availability of any fifth and sixth bed.
Possibility of car pass for parking in the blue areas of the center (with the exception of the sea promenade) with a supplement of € 30 € / week to be requested and paid upon check-in.
On request to be made at the time of booking, it is possible to arrange the addition of a 5th bed

The view of the sea from the terrace is amazing. The unit was clean and we loved Levanto and enjoyed dinners and coffee in the mornings from the deck. We were traveling with another couple and the advertisement implied two rooms when there was one room and two single beds in the living room area. Privacy was a bit of an issue as was access to the terrace if someone was sleeping. The hosts were friendly, responsive and accommodating. Can't beat the view!

The two main reasons to stay at Letizias place is the patio view and the convenient location. I thought we’d be climbing a lot of stairs based on the stunning view in the photos but it is an apartment on the 9th floor (near the top) with elevator service. The rooms are very separated off a single hall: bath, kitchen and two bedrooms. Thus there is really no living room with seating other than beds or chairs at tables. Everything was clean and as described (except no living room). It is about a 15 minute walk from the train station and close to shops and restaurants. The person who checked us in had significant trouble with the lockbox which affected my husbands ability to hold his bladder while waiting at least 5-10 minutes to get in. She also showed up at the door on checkout day about an hour before checkout time. This time she herself needed to use the bathroom. We folded the laundry off of one of two drying racks so we could use one. Also we ran the dishwasher when we arrived since the dishes in there were dirty. Probably not our best vacation rental experience but it was okay in the end.

Good proximity to the water. There isn’t a sitting area unless you want to sit in the kitchen or on the patio also you have to go through the second bedroom to get to the patio. There are two small elevators to get up to the apartment but you still have to go up 2 flights of stairs. We didn’t appreciate her aggressive soliciting for a 5 star review when we hadn’t even went inside the property! You can walk to the property from the train station but not 7 to 8 minutes like the host says we walked at a fast pace and it takes 20 to 25 minutes if you know where your going. You can get a taxi for 10 euros one way.

I cannot give the host enough stars! As a newbie to VRBO, Amalia couldn’t have been more thoughtful. Her step by step photos helped me visualize the property which enabled the check in process to go smoothly. Great location to the Italian Riviera and Cinque Terre.

This unit is on the ninth floor (elevator) of a building at the edge of town, so you have quiet and also an incredible view. We used the big balcony multiple times for eating and reading. Be advised the balcony is off of a bedroom so it's difficult to use if someone (like a child who goes to bed early) is in that room. The manager was super available and happy to help by text, which we appreciated. My only misgiving is that there are some windows internal to hallways, other balconies and units close by and sound overall seems to carry, so when our kids were loud we felt a bit stressed, esp when it was still early. Other than that I def recommend this place as a wonderful base to explore the CT. We were grateful to not be staying in the crowds of the five towns while also only a 10 min train ride away.

This apartment in Levanto was perfect for us, The patio is the main attraction with a wonderful full of the Levanto Bay and city. The house is comfortable with a complete kitchen and a nice bathroom, The apartment is close to everything in the city, the Train station is a 10 minute walk to the apartment – downhill, we rolled our luggage to the apartment but took a taxi back to the train station (uphill). Amalia was the VRBO contact person and she was very responsive. Mariza was the representative that checked us in and she quickly made contact with us and was there upon our arrival. Mariza even helped with directions and gave us some helpful local tips. We were there in off season so the crowds were not bad, but the we did have a cold weather and a day of rain, but it was nice to relax on the rainy day in the apartment. This was a nice location; we even took a 35 min train ride to Santa Margherita and Portofino. There are some stairs that you have to negotiate but there are elevators. Once you see the view from the patio, you will appreciate the stairs and being higher up, with a good view. The town has lots of restaurants and 3 grocery stores, very quaint and everything is close. Would highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable stay in Levanto.

This property was easily the highlight of our trip to Italy. It was very clean and the hosts were incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. The balcony has an incredible view of the shore/beach. The apartment is in a great location with a very short walk to the beach or bars/restaurants/shops. There is plenty of space and a well equipped kitchen. Would happily stay here again thank you so much!

My wife and I thought the apartment was perfect; beautiful view from the large terrace, short walk to the beach, and everything you could need in a very well kept and spacious apartment. Amalia was very easy to deal with and quickly addressed any questions we had. The town itself was fantastic and full of life. Highly recommended!

All the modern conveniences to make you not want to leave. Disposing of trash can be a bit confusing if not pointed out how it works. Just about everything is just a few minutes walk from the apartment. I'd stay again. Richard

Rent this apartment right now!!! You won’t be disappointed. It is spacious, clean, well stocked, the bed is comfortable and the water pressure is ahhh-mazing!! Did I mention the view, just like the pictures only better. As stated in the listing it is on the ninth floor. It is served by two separate elevators. You will still have to a use some stairs. No big deal. We rarely even used the second elevator. This is truly an Italian experience. A locals home place. Amalia was kind enough to meet us in town and walk us to the property showing us some things we would need to know about the area (even after we were an hour late.) She was in contact with me before during and after our trip. A great host!!!!
