We love the outdoor terrace and well equipped kitchen.

We did not mind climbing the steps but for some people it could be a challenge.

Nice apartment with wonderful views

The view was amazing

The stairs were challenging with luggage as we are seniors but there is an elevator there still is a couple of flights of stairs to climb. Pretty typical of Italy though.

2 bedroom apartment with great balcony, kitchen, bathroom, washer. Would stay here again.

Charming little apartment with a nice balcony, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, and a bathroom. We used the kitchen a lot. It had nice features. For example, it had both a coffee machine, and it also 3 small Bialetti espresso pots so you could make espresso that way too. The dishes were cute, and plenty of them. We used the dishwasher and also used the clothes washing machine. The town of Levanto is very close to Cinque Terre without actually being in it (next town north). There was a nice grocery story DORO that we shopped at a lot, then would bring the food back to the apartment and cook lots of meals. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. When we arrived, the very nice managing lady met us just a block before we got to the apartment, and showed us lots of things as we walked to the apartment. And the views from our balcony were really nice. The apartment is up very high (there are 2 elevators to get to the apartment) so we could see a long ways off. I would stay at this apartment again.

We went in mid-March, and not all stores or restaurants in town were open. That's not a ding against the apartment though.

Great panoramic ocean view

Great location next to the beach, awesome panoramic ocean view, very good equipped and clean apartment. Once you found a parking spot you don't need a car anymore.

The staff person was nice and helpful.

Our family didn't like our interaction with the owner. The staff person she hired was very nice, helpful, and responsive when there was no power in the house shortly after, exhausted after an 8 hour drive with our kids. The owner was apathetic and rude. It would also have been nice to have had some fruit, fresh bread and basic stock provisions in the kitchen. The coffee wasn't fresh. We are AirBnB owners and would peg this place as the kind that purely wants the money, wants to flip it for as many rentals as possible, has zero interest in hospitality, and underappreciates her staff. The photos mislead you to think the place is located such that you just go down these steps and you're there. That isn't the case. It is "near" the beach, but not in the way it is presented in the photos.

Beautiful see view from the terrace, close to the beach and city center , very well equiped - especially in kitchen , clean and spacy, enough wardrobes even for whole family (2+2). Nice host - Amalia was replying immediately , everything was nicely organized . We can definitely recommend the appartment for staying in Levanto - we will come back.

The only problem was parking - you will get a resident card , so you can park in selected areas in Levanto for free , but especially during the weekend , when the Levanto is full of people , you can hardly find a slot to park.

Wyposażenie kuchni, duży taras i widok z niego, dużo przestrzenii, wygodne łóżka.

W dzień przyjazdu w godzinie którą wcześniej deklarowałem nikt na mnie nie czekał po telefonie do właściciela łaskawie po 20 minutach czekania (własicielka mówiła że za 5 minut zejdzie Pani, bo musi zjechać z 9 pietra i trzeba na nia poczekac) na ulicy wyszła do nas Pani, ktora z wygladu przypominala Filipnke. Była uprzejma, natomiast ciężko się z nią porozumieć chyba że była przemęczona bo ciężko reagowała na jakiekolwiek stwierdzenia. Do poprawy łazienka - a przynajmniej drzwi ktore sie nie otwieraja (ktore sa zagrzybiale od wigloci ktora wicieka z pod prysznica, ponadto prysznic nie nadajacy sie do uzytku przez to ze woda wylewa sie zniego pomimo zamkniecia) średnio tez prezentowało się pranie które Pani wspomiana powyżej pozostawiła na 2 z balkonów, dodatkowo czystość pozostawiena wiele do życzenia.

Lägenhet med terrass som har fantastisk utsikt över Levanto och havet. Rent och fräscht boende. Vi blev väl mottagna av värden när vi kom och det var alltid lätt att kommunicera när vi hade frågor.

A recommander vivement !

Grand appartement très bien agencé, propre et tout équipé avec des produits de première nécessité, la literie est très bien. La terrasse est parfaite avec coin repas en famille et transat pour admirer cette magnifique vue sur mer!!! Et les couchers de soleil. Nous avons été très bien informé pour toutes les modalités pour l'accès à l'appartement à la descente du train. Départ idéal pour visiter les cinq terres La plage au pied de l'immeuble et les commerces sont à proximité immédiate.

Es war eine sehr schöne und erholsame Woche

Grosses Schlafzimmer mit bequemem Doppelbett, Schreibtisch und viel Stauraum, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, eine grosse Terrasse mit Weitblick aufs Meer und die Berge. Im Wohnzimmer stehen 2 Betten ( da wäre ein Bett-Sofa besser) und ein grosser Tisch, wo man auch bei schlechtem Wetter eine wunderbare Aussicht hat. Falls wir nochmal in dieser Gegend Urlaub machen, würden wir die Wohnung wieder mieten. Levanto ist eine schöne kleine Ortschaft, wo man alles bequem zu Fuss erreicht. Es gibt mehrere Supermärkte, in denen man alles bekommt, was man braucht und viele Restaurants, wenn man nicht selber kochen möchte. Für Ausflüge in die anderen Ortschaften der 5 Terre empfiehlt sich der Zug, der im 1/2 h Takt fährt.

Einziger Nachteil ist dass die Wohnung im 9. Stock liegt und nur mit 2 verschiedenen recht altertümlichen und eher kleinen Lifts und dazwischen eine Treppe zu erreichen ist. Parkplätze gibt es am Meer und in der Stadt, diese sind aber kostenpflichtig. Die einzige gratis Parkmöglichkeit ist oberhalb des Hauses an der Hauptstrasse.. Von dort gelangt man nur über einige Treppen wieder hinunter zur Wohnung. Das ist mit viel Gepäck etwas umständlich. Für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität ist das nicht zu empfehlen.

Accoglienza cordiale, casa pulita, abbiamo avuto anche la fortuna di giornate di tempo bello!

La vista dal terrazzo è SPLENDIDA, passarci del tempo è un esperienza pacificante. Sia la Sig.ra Amalia che la sua collaboratrice sono state molto gentili e sollecite, la casa è pulita e ben arredata, la cucina super accessoriata; inoltre Levanto è un paese tranquillo, ottimo punto di partenza per le 5 terre, siamo stati molto contenti della nostra scelta , e appena possibile torneremo.

Gute Atmosphäre in der Wohnung mit fantastischem Ausblick

Wir waren Mitte Februar in Levanto. Die Terrassenwohnungen sind im Sommer sehr viel belebter und daher hellhöriger. Die Wohnung selbst hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Terrasse ist natürlich das Highlight und vom Wohnzimmer aus kann man das Meer auch sehr gut sehen. Wir waren schon in anderen Wohnungen dieses großen Komplexes, aber in dieser Wohnung haben wir uns am wohlsten gefühlt. Schön eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Heizung im Winter und Klimaanlage für den Sommer. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt geräumig man hat genug Platz und die Zimmer sind groß. Es waren keine unangenehmen Geräusche oder Geräte zu hören. Manchmal hört man den Aufzug vom Treppenhaus, aber das muss man in diesem Komplex akzeptieren. Wir werden diese Wohnung gerne wieder mieten.

Leider gehen die Gäste nicht gut mit den Pfannen um. Teflon sollte nicht verkratzt werden, weil es sonst hoch giftig ist. Wir haben uns eine eigene Pfanne gekauft. Das Bett könnte etwas weicher sein. Der Lattenrost besteht unbeweglichen Holzlatten. Am besten einen Topper mitnehmen.

la seule vue de la terrasse ne peut pas compenser le prix et la configuration de cet appartement

Le seul point vraiment positif réside dans la terrasse de laquelle on a une vue imprenable sur Levanto et la mer; néanmoins n'étant pas à l'étage le plus haut on a du vis à vis à la fois latéral et vertical. Nous avons été très déçus car compte tenu du prix on s'attendait vraiment à mieux

L'appartement est bizarrement conçu tout en longueur sans véritable salon puisqu'il y a deux lits simples dans ce qui pourrait s'analyser comme le salon mais sans canapé ni fauteuil. Il n'y a qu'une seule pièce vraiment "à vivre" ce "salon" ouvrant sur la terrasse sans cuisine attenante (elle est située après la chambre ) . Tant la salle de bains, que la cuisine que la chambre n'ont strictement aucune vue, les fenêtres des deux premières ouvrant sur le palier, celle de la dernière sur un immeuble situé à moins de 3 mètres. Je ne cite que pour mémoire la couleur des revêtements de sols (bleu, rouge, vert, couleur bois pour chacune des pièces....) et les parties communes qui ressemblent à celles d'une HLM. Tout cela sans parking et au prix vraiment déraisonnable de 520 euros pour 3 nuits en hiver
