Very close to the beach and town, view over the beach from the balcony is nice (although obstructed by the bar below on the 1st floor room we were in), and the room was spacious
The biggest problem was the bar directly below the room - it was exceptionally loud and music & shouting went on til late in the evening; the entrance is an active building site so it’s not particularly inviting / you have to navigate the workmen during the day; the property may list that is can serve breakfast but there is no restaurant on site - you need to go to the bar beside the property for breakfast
