The location of this property was excellent - right next to the beach. The pool area is also a great spot to relax even with a few monkeys. The staff were helpful and generous with their time.
This property is completely overpriced for what we got. We were in a room with low ceilings that seemed like a converted shed/storage space. You can definitely get better in Hiri for cheaper. The location is the best around which is why the price is so high but in terms of value after that, I don't see it. There was also only 2/4 sockets working for charging phones.
We were also due a refund for paying from paying for 4x nights when we changed to 3x. This refund was to be paid in cash and with the currency conversion we were left short by $20-30. At no point in the process were we told the refund amount until the very end. We paid for the accommodation in € but the refund was calculated in $ and paid in cash by LKR.
