Casa MEDICI RICCARDI - 50mt da Piazza Duomo

Great space for my husband and I plus our travel partner. We had our own bathrooms which was lovely! The rooms are big. The apartment owner was very easy to communicate with and helpful. You can’t beat the location! We’ve been to Florence 3x now, and this has been the best location. It’s very close but just outside of the madness of the duomo so you have peace.

The ONLY room for improvement is the downstairs bed is very hard. The location and size of the apartment made up for it. I would stay again

La ubicación y el estilo

Muchas moscas pequeñas , almohadas altas y duras. No tener TV 24h y TDT ESPAÑA 🇪🇸. No pudimos ver a la selección Española de fútbol.

Great place to stay in Florence! Excellent location, 5-15 minutes average walk to ALL the Landmarks, Restaurants and Shops around the Historic District. An apartment with a real Florence atmosphere and spirit! First floor, very quiet and comfortable.All the things and amenities you need to feel like home and spend your time as local! The air conditioners in each room and the dehumidifier are a big bonus also. The host is very organized and friendly, entry instructions clear and easy! It wasn't problem for us, but keep in mind one bedroom and bath unit is in the basement (no windows)

Está súper céntrico. Para aquellas personas que pasen todo el día fuera y solo vayan a dormir es ideal, ya que está cerca de todo y los dos espacios de habitación con los dos baños lo hace muy cómodo. La comunicación con el anfitrión es excelente.

Está situado dentro de un edificio. Las fotos están muy bien hechas, pero el apartamento no tiene la luz que aparece. Solo tiene dos ventanas, una da al pasillo del edificio y otro a un patio interior. La humedad dentro es horrible, tienen un deshumidificador en la planta baja (lo que parece una bodega) porque es súper alta. Hace hasta frío, que nos hemos tenido que cubrir con manta y desde luego evitar ir con niños porque todos nos hemos puesto malos. De tanta humedad puedes encontrar las típicas moscas pequeñas. El desagüe del baño de abajo hace un ruido muy fuerte, olvídate ducharte si está alguien abajo durmiendo. Sinceramente, calidad/ precio algo elevada.
