Excellent location

Position is excellent. Communication and check in friendly and punctual. Apartment is set-up professionally - everything you need is available and easy to access (coffee maker, wifi, etc.). Seems almost like a hotel.

I imagine most guests are surpised at this layout after seeing the photos, or at least we were: the apartment is basically a semi-underground hallway that opens a bit wider at the "bedroom". That said, it is perfectly fine for the price, and the host is a good communicator.

Cosy and well equipped

Great location right in the centre of town. Friendly owner who met us to hand over the keys and provide some helpful tips on the property and town. The apartment was charming and full of lovely surprises like biscuits, coffee, pastries! It was equipped with everything you'd need for a comfortable stay, and I'd definitely return here if I have the chance to visit again!

Highly recommended for a short break, close to centre of town

Good location, lots of provisions which we hadn’t expected - pastries, biscuits, cereals, cold meats, fruit juice, soft drinks as well as tea, coffee, milk & water. Communication with Stefania was great.

Lacked a little natural light but didn’t spend much time there so wasn’t particularly an issue.

I would rate it a 9 if there was no humidity - hope you solve it

The host, the location, the price, and no additional charges for auto and for our small dog. A lovely apartment just a few steps from the old town city center.

I would only suggest the host takes care of humidity and the bad smell, it takes 10 minutes of closed windows and the smell gets very bad. I think also the air conditioner needs a new filter or a quick service, maybe it would help a bit. Also, the bed needs a new mattress, there is a small hole in the center.

Simpatica sosta a Pistoia

Camera in pieno centro a Pistoia, la proprietaria gentile e attenta. Ti porta lei le chiavi. Parcheggio trovato piuttosto facilmente nonostante in centro, dietro aiuto della proprietaria. Facile andare a visitare Pistoia, davvero molto comodo. Tanti prodotti per la colazione che puoi (devi) prepararti da solo. Frigorifero ben rifornito.

E' indicato come appartamento ma in realtà è una camera con un ingresso abbondante nel quale si è riusciti a farci stare un tavole ed un cucinino. C'è una sola finestra oltre a quella del bagno entrambe piccole, diciamo un po' poco.

Best Accomodation

Beste Unterkunft für eine kleine Familie. Dort ist alle zu finden: Parkplatz, perfekte Lage, Frühstück. Alles ist sauber. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfreich. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft zu 100 %. Falls Sie mit Ihrem Auto anreisen, haben Sie kein Problem damit. Der Parkplatz liegt im die Ecke.

Siamo stati accolti al Gaia Apartment in modo davvero caloroso e familiare dalla proprietaria, che ci ha messo subito a nostro agio e ci ha fornito una spiegazione completa per il nostro soggiorno. La sua disponibilità è stata fondamentale, specialmente per la gestione del parcheggio: ci ha fornito un pass per la ZTL, permettendoci di lasciare l'auto comodamente proprio davanti all'ingresso dell'appartamento. Questa posizione privilegiata, a due passi dai luoghi di interesse di Pistoia, ha reso la nostra visita ancora più piacevole e senza pensieri.

Appartement situé dans le centre de la ville, pourvu de tout le confort nécessaire. Hotesse accueillante, nous permettant d'obtenir le permis d'accès (l'appartement est en ZTL) et nous indiquant un parking. Petit déjeuner disponible sur place avec bien des fournitures.

Teljesen a belvárosban, egy nagyon hangulatos, gyönyörű állapotban lévő lakás. Stafánia a megbeszélt időpontban várt a kulcsokkal, mindent elmesélt. Reggeli oda volt készítve, croiassan, lekvárok, kávékapszula, a hűtőben víz, üdítők. Remek kis hely egy remek városkában.

L'appartamento è curato, accogliente e dotato di tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa. Un ringraziamento speciale alla proprietaria, che è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile durante il soggiorno. L'emplacement: nous n'avons repris la voiture que le jour du départ. l'accueil, avec les nouvelles applications, plus besoin de parler la même langue pour se comprendre! il y avait dans la cuisine de quoi déjeuner: céréales, viennoiseries; ,thés, cafés en dosettes, vraiment bien, de plus des documents sur Volterra et en Français! le quartier calme, sécure, parfait!

Difficulté avant d'arriver pour savoir ou se garer/ Mais en fait, nous bénéficions de la feuille à mettre sur le pare-brise , et la voiture est restée sur sa place .

L'appartamento si trovava in una zona centralissima, davvero comoda e ben collegata. Ci è stato fornito un permesso per accedere alla ZTL, il che ha reso ancora più facile l'arrivo, e devo dire che, nonostante la posizione centrale, non è stato affatto difficile trovare parcheggio. L'appartamentino, chiamato "Gaia", si trovava al piano terra di un palazzo storico e, sorprendentemente, nonostante la posizione nel cuore della città, era estremamente silenzioso e tranquillo. Una caratteristica davvero rara per il centro storico è stata l'assenza di scale: molti appartamenti in questa zona sono senza ascensore, il che può rappresentare un problema per chi ha difficoltà di movimento o per le persone anziane. Qui, invece, la facilità di accesso ha reso il soggiorno molto più confortevole. Nelle vicinanze bar, ristoranti, supermercato, cinema, negozi e attrazioni storiche. L'alloggio era perfettamente attrezzato con tutto il necessario. C'era una piccola zona con tavolo e TV dove fare colazione, una cucina ben fornita e compatta con tutto l'indispensabile, un letto molto comodo e un bagno rinnovato recentemente, davvero in ottime condizioni. Pur non essendo una struttura nuovissima, l'appartamento era impeccabilmente pulito, e il soggiorno è stato assolutamente confortevole. La proprietà offre una colazione abbondante, con una varietà di opzioni come tè, caffè, cereali, brioche dolci e salate, biscotti, latte e altro ancora. Inoltre, la signora Stefania si è dimostrata estremamente attenta alle necessità dei suoi ospiti, rendendo l'esperienza ancora più piacevole. Un soggiorno che consiglio vivamente.

Pistoia una vera scoperta.

Semplicemente ci è piaciuto tutto, dalla cortesia, alla gentilezzà e alla professionalità della signora Stefania che si è anche prodigata per farci avere il permesso per entrare nella zon ZTL e ci ha trovato il posto auto. La struttura è molto bella con tutti i servizi necessari e anche di più. Colazione molto variegata e abbondante. Ambiente pulitissimo Abbiamo potuto soggiornare con la nostra cagnolona una golden retriver di due anni e mezzo come dicevo ci è piaciuto TUTTO

L'appartamento non è particolarmente grande, ma è dotato di tutto, proprio tutto, quanto possa servire. E' comodo, silenzioso, pulito e funzionale. La proprietarie GENTILISSIMA!!!!! Consigliatissimo. Siete in centro che più centro non si può.
