We understand that location is very convenient unfortunately we felt it was expensive for the room

A great location short walk to eatery

A difficult building to access with large luggage because of the stairs as we weren’t aware off . The room outdated in need of an update especially the coat hangers were covered in dust no fly screens on the windows there was an issue with mosquito we like to have a window open at night .

Brilliant spot - would use again!

Brilliant base for visiting the whole of Tuscany. Pistoa was lovely and the flat was right in the centre with lots of little restaurants and drinks options 2 seconds away from the flats front door. In the morning there was always a fresh food market and bakery options. The check-in processes were the quickest we had in Italy. Tommaso was available if needed. I would stay again.

A modern apartment in an excellent location, but the host should better meet guests' needs.

The location was outstanding—central and convenient. The facility itself was modern, well-sized, and thoughtfully equipped. Clean towels and reliable hot water added to the comfort. While the television and washing machine weren’t essential, they were available for convenience. A dishwasher might have been more useful than a washing machine, but that depends on individual needs

The second bed was not prepared, with no sheets provided. While the main bed had sheets, there were no blankets or warm coverings, leaving us cold—we ended up sleeping in our clothes. We found a duvet but no cover for it. Additionally, some glasses and cutlery were not clean, so we washed everything before using them. The stove top was difficult to light with the lighter, making it feel unsafe. Ultimately, we only cooked once—a simple bowl of pasta.

Wonderful location, good price, we had a nice stay. The apartment Is confortable and wide. Check-in instructions were easy and all went smooth.

Nice central room, but too much noise!

The room is big, comfortable and quite clean (apart from a broken glass found in the kitchen sink). Host is nice and check in/out process very easy

We could not sleep all night because of the noise coming from outside. The party in the bars and restaurant nearby finished at 2am and at 5am the city woke up and we had noise from both outside and other guests of the location. Definitely not recommended if you want to get a good night sleep. Windows sound proof would be appreciated and make the room perfect.

Very good

The apartment was very cute , right out a old movie scene. It is in down town right above a resturant looking at plaza, very charming. A bit noisy due to have fresh market setup early morning. Shower was great and roomy, bathroom was upgraded and nice. A garage near by for 10€ a night ! If you are traveling light , this is ideal! Great location , just walking distance to duomo and civic center.

Just a bit noisy late at night if you like to leave your window open.

The location could not be better. The apartment feels like you are coming home. Staff very very helpful and responsive. I would immediately move there.

La posizione centrale

La totale assenza di insonorizzazione intera. Ok il rumore che viene da fuori essendo in posizione centralissima. Ma non è possibile che tutto ciò che succede all’interno dell’edificio si riverbera nell’appartamento. Praticamente dal piano di sopra si sentiva tutto ciò che accadeva nella camera da letto e con un letto cigolante immaginate il bel rumore ritmato cHe si sentiva.

La posizione centralissima, il proprietario gentilissimo che ci ha fatto un upgrade e sempre disponibile ad aiutarci!

Di notte la piazzetta della Sala può essere rumorosa soprattutto nel weekend

Appartamento davvero carino, accogliente, dotato di tutti i comfort, pulizia impeccabile, struttura superiore alle mie aspettative, per di più situato nel cuore della città con ogni tipo di negozi e ristoranti raggiungibili in pochi passi. Tommaso si è dimostrato un eccellente host fornendomi preventivamente informazioni dettagliate per poter parcheggiare l'automobile gratuitamente e a poca distanza. Sicuramente sarà la mia prima scelta per futuri soggiorni a Pistoia.

Davvero non ho trovato alcun elemento che non andasse.

L’emplacement incroyable, le charme du lieu, l’efficacité des informations pour arrivera et repartir, la surface très confortable…

Il commençait à faire un peu frais sans chauffage et il manque peut-être une chaise dans chaque chambre, d’autant qu’il y a de la place.

Localização excelente, no Centro Histórico, próximo ao Duomo. Apartamento reformado, amplo, limpo, iluminado e bem equipado. Banheiro muito bom com ótima ducha. Anfitrião muito solicito e prestativo.

Acesso com muitas escadas, corredor estreito, não indicado para quem tem dificuldade de locomoção ou malas pesadas.
