Convenient and great value for the price.

The host was very friendly and helpful. He was accommodating and worked with us to store bags after our check out while we visited the town. The town was great - small enough to cover in one day, but with many wonderful restaurants and bars. The apartment was right outside the train station, making it convenient to catch public transportation, and about a 7 min walk to the downtown area. However, because it is located outside the train station, there are many buses which travel through there, which could be a bit loud for sensitive sleepers.

Great position just in front of train station, very clean, warm, kitchen equipped with everything you need, good bed, hot water without problems, very nice host, easy check-in and check-out.

small thing - could be nice to have a simple fabric towel in the kitchen instead of paper towels...

Soggiorno breve ma molto piacevole!

Mi è piaciuto molto l'appartamento: era molto confortevole, in un'ottima posizione, vicino al centro, palazzo molto tranquillo. Una cosa che mi ha colpita è che in alcune città la zona della stazione può essere un po' inquietante e fare un po' paura, ma ho trovato la stazione di Pistoia piuttosto tranquilla, con la presenza costante della polizia. Mi sono sentita al sicuro anche di notte. La mia permanenza è stata breve, non so se sia sempre così, ma a prima vista ho avuto un'impressione positiva e diversa rispetto ad altre città. Sono stata accolta benissimo dal signor Alberto, che è stato molto gentile, amichevole e disponibile. Ritornerò sicuramente.

Appartamento un po' freddo, ma le coperte fornite erano belle calde. Il letto della camera dove ho dormito non aveva le doghe in legno o comunque risultava un po' troppo morbido.

Scarsa pulizia. Nella presentazione c'erano due letti disponibili, ma il secondo è stato chiuso a chiave, con scusanti di rumori condominiali. L'appartamento aveva un'odore di sporco.
