Muito bem localizado para entrar e sair da cidade. A casa é muito bem mobiliada, bem completa. Ficamos 1 semana bem confortáveis. A proprietária fica no apartamento superior, ela é muito gentil e educada, nos recepcionou muito bem. Um dos fatores mais importantes julgo ser a garagem. É enorme e temos um controle para entrar e sair. Coisa rara na Italia. Sem custo a garagem.

Apartment is close to Pistioa city in quiet place. There is a possibility to take rest and reach the city by car in 5-10 min. Owner was helpful and kind,. Next to this accommodation there is a great restaurant called Malu .
We were not informed during the booking that owner is living above us on 1st floor which was not a problem in overall, this part should be mentioned on Booking , and also night before leaving owner had garden party and we were not able to take rest before long trip.

Good value, full kitchen, wifi suitable for work from home, parking space
Initial phone contact with host was jarring as she was yelling most of the time and it was difficult to have a rational conversation with her. 30 minutes before check-in time, the host informed us the reservation we had made was wrong and we would not be having 2 rooms but one. We were told the reservation we made had incorrect information and that one room would be locked. She consented that the error was made by booking.com website, no us, but that the original reservation wouldn't be honored.
The host also asked why we needed a second room if we were a couple, and questioned whether it was because we would secretly be bringing in more people. Inappropriate. I needed the other room as I work from home in the evening hours and don't want to disturb my partner. We just wanted to receive the booking as listed in our reservation.
The miscommunication could easily have been sorted if it wasn't for the host yelling at us over the phone. We can use our words, no need to scream...
