Cozy apartment in the heart of Pistoia

The stay was great, the host was really nice and helpful. Everything was clean, the apartment is really sophisticated and cozy. All equipment is in place. The location is perfect - everywhere you can get on foot.

I think it should be considered to change air conditioning for bigger capacity as the one there is not enough to cool the attic.

The bed is directly under the roof and even though we had the AC running all the time it was too hot and we couldn’t sleep.

Amazing apartment in the heart of Pistoia

Roberto is a great host. Always ready to help and very welcoming. The apartment looks better in real life than in pics. Great location, in the heart of Pistoia. Very Cozy and spacious. Beautiful building with a great view Lovely interior design. Comfortable bed

Wi-fi signal was weak and annoying but it was good to have a pocket wi-fi. Bit noisy during the weekend.

L’appartamento è molto bello e silenzioso

Il riscaldamento non era accesso e ha impiegato più di dieci ore a raggiungere la temperatura giusta (ci siamo fermati una sola notte). La doccia ha una manopola molto dura, difficile da aprire e chiudere. Non abbiamo trovato caffè e te, detersivo per i piatti e spugnetta per lavarli, che solitamente sono offerti agli ospiti durante il soggiorno, che non aveva senso acquistare fermandosi una sola notte.

Scala leggermente ripida e poco pratica, materasso non comodissimo e che convergeva verso il centro Acqua calda difficile da trovare un compromesso

Ci siamo trovati molto bene in un alloggio elegante pulito e ben tenuto.

Accogliente ,confortevole,ben arredato ed equipaggiato.Ottima la posizione in centro.

Suggerirei una piccola dotazione di acqua minerale,the ,caffè e zucchero.Anche con un contributo da parte dell’ospite.
