Apartment is clean.

The staff lives in the apartment, and when they let it out, they go and sleep in another place. He asks that his apartment be left clean, tidy and wiped down. If you move one of their things, they get angry. The staff is not good. There is a smell of a dog in the hallway, which probably lives in the apartment on the first floor. The stairs are very steep.

Cosy two floor, well equipped apartment, great value for money for three young travellers.

Our stay was very brief, only one night. The location is great. Between walking distance from the train station and the centre. The apartment has just been remodelled and everything is new and of quality. Inside it feels like home. It is organised in 2 floors (downstairs one double bedroom with bathroom plus another double bedroom; upstairs a fully equipped kitchen, living room (with and a toilet). To face the hot weather, the Host kindly provided different cooling fans and cold bottles of water. The Host was very flexible regarding check-in/out times and we were able to manage everything online (via email/phone). It was a great value for money (around 30€/night)!

The apartment is located on the second floor of a historic building without elevator. The entrance can feel a bit discouraging, while it's narrow, has high steps and a particular smell due to the building humidity. Regardless, once you get in the apartment, you understand it is something out of the Host's control, who seems to try its best to make the apartment cosy and the experience pleasant. The hot summer of 2023 meant that the house was quite hot. The Host informed us that in the future there will be AC installed, which will be much appreciated by future guests. Regardless, to help with the heat, the Host provided some cooling fans that made the trick during the night. Note that unfortunately, the only bathroom with shower "belongs" to one of the bedrooms. In other words, you have enter the bedroom to go to the bathroom. Alternatively you have the upstairs toilet which doesn't have a bath. It was not a problem for us, but this could have been better described on the booking website.

La struttura è fornita di ogni utensile per la cucina e per la pulizia della casa, nonché munita di qualsiasi cosa possa essere utile per rendere comodo il soggiorno. 2 bagni impeccabili.L'appartamento è ubicato in una zona a pochi passi dal centro storico e dalla stazione. Proprietario garbato e disponibile.

Unica pecca le scale, sia quelle per raggiungere l'appartamento, sia quelle interne all'appartamento medesimo. (La struttura è composta da un piano terra zona notte e un piano zona giorno rialzato.

appartement d'une propreté irréprochable, cuisine très bien équipée ;salle de bains avec douche et wc impeccables; lits très confortables appartement très bien situé, à 2 pas de la vieille ville et des restaurants on accède facilement à la gare à pied(15minutes de marche )

appartement au 2° étage sans ascenseur appartement lui même sur 2 étages ( chambres au premier, cuisine et séjour au second ) Au total 50 marches pour arriver à la cuisine depuis la rue .... pas de volets dans l'une des chambres

Niente, bisogna solo considerare che l’appartamento si trova al secondo piano e si sviluppa su due livelli.

Ottima struttura.

Bell'appartamento su due livelli, perfettamente ristrutturato, a pochi passi dal Centro storico e dal comodo parcheggio di Piazza della Resistenza. La struttura è pulita, arredata con cura, e con un rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Check in autonomo tramite cassetta posta all'esterno. Cucina perfettamente arredata, soggiorno con tv, wifi. Due bagni e due camere da letto ampie. Ottimo anche per famiglie. Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta, da viaggiatrice abituale.
