Expectable but could be better

Host was nice. Room is Spacious.

Attention to detail is lacking. No kettle in kitchen, cups with broken handles. Garden furniture is dirty. Ashtray had old cigaret buts in that was left out in the rain. Small things that can make a huge difference.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

Quiet, scenic grounds with ample off-street parking. The apartment was generously sized with a functional kitchen. The hosts and their children were friendly and offered many practical suggestions on things to do in Tuscany. Breakfast was wonderful.

One of the best stays ever !!!

We came for work, so first of all we were looking for a quiet place to relax. But this place exceeded our expectations, I am very glad that we chose this place. Very nice hosts, very quiet place, great room with kitchenette, very clean everywhere, we found everything we needed. We felt like we were at home, we didn't even want to leave, a wonderful place, I recommend it sincerely and I look forward to coming back again, I really liked it 👍

Beautiful accommodation

The accommodation is in a beautiful environment. We really liked the possibility to sit in the garden. The place is also excellent for families with small children. We also used the option of breakfast.

Don't forget mosquito repellent - it's not the host's fault though

Relax in a picturesque home without a care in the world!

Charming room with beautiful surroundings. A family of ducks living on the property (in a sweet little stream running through the property) greeted us as we ate our perfect homemade breakfast! The bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to leave!

A relaxed stay in the Tuscany countryside, good facilities and a great hosts.

We had an amazing stay here! We loved our apartment, the bed (very good mattress), the facilities at the property, our breakfast, etc. The room had everything we needed. Outside you will find chairs for sunbathing or a set for cozy lounging. The babbling brook next to the room is very soothing. Away from all the hustle and bustle, a quiet holiday in the countryside. However WiFi is available, it’s not very fast. The same for mobile data (mostly 3G only). Time for digital detox…! Lorenzo and his family are wonderful hosts. He is always available to answer your questions and knows a lot about the immediate area, the history of Pistoia and other places in Tuscany. You will find a comprehensive guide in the apartment. Breakfast is served in the lovely garden and consists mainly of sweet foods, supplemented with savory items on request.

The access bridge is indeed not wide, but not a very complex hurdle. Our car (a regular SUV) was certainly not too wide. Take a good right angle turn and you'll be over the bridge without any problems.

Highly recommend!

Lorenzo and his family were amazing hosts. We loved every moment of our stay here. The room had everything we needed and Lorenzo was always nearby if we had any questions or needed anything extra. He also put together a great guide of the area with lots of suggestions for day trips which we otherwise wouldn't have known about. The breakfasts each morning were delicious and it was a lovely setting out in the garden.

The internet was a bit slow, but it's to be expected in rural areas.

Lorenzo and his beautiful family make you feel at home in Pistoia!!

Lorenzo and his family are so incredibly kind and they make you feel at home directly. This place is simply amazing when visiting Pistoia by car and has everything you need. We really loved the beautiful green environment and river right aside the house. Really makes you feel that you are on holiday!

The entrance bridge looks small, but we could easily pass it with our Nissan Qashqai!

Peaceful place surrounded in the nature even though it is just few min driving from Pistoia downtown, very relaxing and very clean. Staff is very friendly and polite and gives you all best tips you need to make your local trip fantastic. Surely a place to stay in Pistoia!

A very quiet location, perfect place to visit Florence and its surroundings

Lorenzo is an excellent host, he helped us with lots of tips of what we could visit in the surrounding area. The bridge that everyone is afraid of is not that narrow, we crossed without any problems and we have a pretty big car.

This is a driving destination that only works if you have a car and are willing to drive 5 minutes to town or 60-90 minutes to to Pisa or Florence. We were passing through so it was perfect. There is a narrow bridge to the property, so bring a smaller, sensible car.

The place is beautiful with a garden and stream outside. Both the hosts were extremely helpful and sociable and it was very interesting to hear how they have renovated the farm and the buildings by themselves.. They gave us a recommendation for an excellent restaurant out of the town, just 800 m. walk up the road. The house is beautifully designed.

There is a very narrow bridge over a stream leading to the accommodation that was very nerve-wracking to cross when we arrived! It is easier if coming from Pistoia to pass the entrance, make a U-turn and approach it from the other side of the road. We were happy we had a small car. 2

We loved it !

Very nice, beautiful little property with only a few rooms, very warm and welcoming hosts, homemade breakfast - we truly felt the vibe of a private guest house in countryside Tuscany, a lot better and warmer than a usual hotel. We found the room beautiful and comfortable, even cinematographic, which added to the authentic feeling of staying in a beautiful countryside house where you are not just another traveler, but a warmly welcomed guest.

Accommodation is located in calm village nearby Pistoia, in huge garden with olive trees. Room was very nice, new and clean. Private kitchen was superb with everything we needed. Breakfast take place in the garden, consisted of sweet pastery and some cheese-ham cakes. Delicious, but not a sport suitable. Owner(s) was very friendly and helpful, with good level of english.

Memorable.

Lorenzo and his wife always do their best to make you feel comfortable. He made a book of things to see in Tuscany some of them can't be found in travel guides. Don't forget to ask for their self-made olive oil and honey you won't regret. ;) The house is cosy and clean and has a really nice view for the garden. Highly recommended in Pistoia!!
