Perfect

I’ve stayed in many places, but Salvatore was by far the best host I’ve ever met. He took care of all our needs immediately, offered us food, explained what we could do in Pistoia and even made plans for us — he was incredibly thoughtful. I absolutely recommend staying here. The garden and the views from the house were amazing. It was a great experience.

Wi-Fi was working in the garden, but it didn’t reach our rooms.

Good location but felt uneasy the whole stay.

The location was good.

It wasn’t very clean and the bed felt like just a crate with a thin foam mattress on top. The shower wouldn’t drain as the drain was blocked and we only had hot water at certain hours in the day. The key was tricky to open the front door. And the power went out when we tried to use the stove.

everything was fine, the hosts are great and helpful. You have secure parking, lovely garden, great also for exploring the nearby cities. Pistoia is also a great location for visiting the old city

Be careful!

It have wi fi

In the bedroom the sheets were dirty with a strong smell of sweat, we find a decent one in the wardrobe, but overall the cleaning was awful. The coffe machine is broke. You have to climb in the aparment, the stairs are very very abruptly. It was freezing cold and when we call to start the radiator the man felt attacked.+no snuff near bed Worst stay in Italy, we are not pretentious. A clean and warm bed is enough, this stay didnt had any. Be careful!!!

Non lo consiglierei a nessuno

Abbiamo affittato l'alloggio come B&B ma con la motivazione che in realtà era un appartamentino non ci hanno fornito la cose più basilari: teli doccia, asciugamani ospite, una bottiglia d'acqua, due cialde di caffè ... nulla. Meno male che avevamo degli amici della zona e ci hanno fornito dei teli doccia e degli asciugamani ospite. Mi chiedo come dovrebbe fare chi viaggia da lontano e non ha amici in zona .... La piscina, messa in bella vista nelle foto del B&B, ci è sembrata tanto uno specchietto per le allodole, alla richiesta di poterla usare ci è stato detto che era a disposizione gratuitamente solo di uno dei "tanti" appartamenti ... Ma quali?? Boh, ho poi cercato su Booking anche in altre date e non c'era nessun'altra opzione oltre quella prenotata da noi. Se avessimo voluto usarla comunque potevamo ma l'avremmo dovuta pagare a parte .... anche no! Dentro casa abbiamo avuto sensazione di sporco e polvere soprattutto percorrendo le scale molto ripide. I letti dei bambini erano 2 divani letto in cucina che aperti risultavano sbilenchi con un lato più alto e uno inclinato verso il basso con dislivello in mezzo ... pessimi.

A Pistoia ci sono altre alternative di soggiorno.

La frazione di Candeglia è molto carina.

Durante il soggiorno presso la struttura ho riscontrato alcune criticità che ritengo utile segnalare: 1. La mancanza di servizi nelle immediate vicinanze rende necessario percorrere circa 3 km a piedi ogni mattina per fare colazione. 2. Dopo la prenotazione, viene inviato un regolamento in cui si specifica che l’uso della piscina è a pagamento (10 euro a persona), non compreso nel prezzo del pernottamento. Tale aspetto, a mio avviso, andrebbe chiarito prima della prenotazione, poiché la piscina è un servizio che generalmente si considera incluso. 3.Nonostante l’obbligo di legge in vigore dal 2022 che impone l’utilizzo del POS, i pagamenti vengono richiesti esclusivamente in contanti. 4. All’ingresso non ho notato l’esposizione del Codice Identificativo Nazionale (CIN), previsto dalla normativa (L. 191/2015) e obbligatorio dal 1° gennaio 2025; è possibile che si sia trattato di una mia svista, ma lo segnalo per completezza. Ritengo che una maggiore chiarezza e il rispetto delle norme possano migliorare significativamente la qualità dell’accoglienza e la trasparenza verso i clienti.

La atención de su propietario salvatore es especial, muy atento a los detalles, en relación calidad - precio nada de quejas, viajamos en coche por lo que el transporte no es problema.

La única recomendación es un microondas, le hará mucho bien a los próximos viajeros 👌

Étape d’une nuit correcte mais des points devraient être améliorés

Hôte accueillant. Spacieux.

Lit double bas mais correct. Par contre les 3 canapés-lits (identiques) sont de très mauvaise qualité et très inconfortables. En position canapé à l’horizontale, le lit penche et on sent bien la barre métallique au milieu. Équipements et vaisselle cuisine très juste, pas de cuillère en bois pour ne pas rayer les poêles, pas assez de verres, bouilloire inutilisable. Très beau jardin avec piscine dont nous n’avons pas profité à 5€/personne (nous étions 4), devrait être inclue. Wifi pas terrible. La taxe de séjour devrait être inclue dans le prix, nous ne la payons en plus nulle part ailleurs lorsque l’on passe par une plate-forme. Rapport qualité-prix un peu élevé compte-tenu de ces remarques et de la localisation géographique excentrée.

Un très beau sejour au coeur de la Toscane

Environnement très agréable, au calme. Nos hôtes nous accueillent chez eux, dans un appartement privatif avec accès direct au très beau jardin et piscine. Ils nous ont donné de très bons conseils pour découvrir la région et ont toujours été parfaitement attentionnés.

Taxe de séjour annoncée à 4€ sur la réservation. Mais on a dû payer 10€. Retiriez dans le descriptif : sur booking c’était indiqué 2 chambres, rée de chaussée micro-onde . En fait 1 chambre. Canapé lit dans la cuisine pas idéal. Séjour à l’étage et pas de micro-onde. Erreur d’appartement certainement dommage.

Sconsiglio a chiunque di alloggiare in questa struttura. Proprietario maleducato e senza rispetto. Abbiamo avuto due operai a soggiornare presso questa struttura e hanno chiesto di poter pagare la tassa di soggiorno con pagamento elettronico ma in modo maleducato ci ha risposto che o in contanti o ricaricando direttamente la sua carta. Prenotando per la settimana successiva tramite questo canale, il grande gestore si è permesso di scriverci che se non avessimo pagato la tassa di soggiorno a modo suo NON CI AVREBBE PIU' VOLUTI (ci tengo a precisare che abbiamo provato a chiamare dagli uffici amministrativi con la volontà di voler pagare la tassa si soggiorno anche nell'immediato ma con i giusti metodi di pagamento). Pertanto sconsiglio Vivamente a chiunque di soggiornare in tale struttura in quanto la maleducazione non ha prezzo!!!

Consigliato per chi vuole fare un giro in Toscana spendendo poco di location

Posto bello ed immerso nella natura, proprietario gentile e disponibile. Vicino alla tangenziale e all'autostrada, comodo per gli spostamenti. Molto bello davvero.

Si potrebbe lavorare sulla pulizia della struttura.
