Nice appartment in quiet neighbourhood.

Nice appartment, good beds, and in a very quiet neighbourhood. Airco was good. The walk into town was fine, it took about 10 minutes (and conveniently with a supermarket on the way).

Very friendly host, made every effort to make us feel at home and gave us a good tour of the property. Very clean with plenty of additional comforts provided.

The double bed was 2 beds put together, however was comfortable enough to sleep in.

The door from the entrance is very special. The rooms are very big. The house was clean.

I didn-t like the flooring to the entrance because it shakes at every step. It wasn't ok to put your guests to take care with the garbish/trash.

A nice and convenient place close to the old city, not a simple room but a small apartment!

It was not a room but a real studio/apartment (large room, kitchen with TV corner and sofa, large bathroom), very quite despite the close avenue. We appreciate the birds songs in the early morning in the garden. From the railway station (south of the city), it is easy to reach with the bus (M) to Opla square, then it is 5 mn walk under oak trees along an avenue close to the stadium. The owner allowed us to come already at 13:00h (the check in was normally at 15:00 h). He was very nice and propose us to choose the room/studio. The house is to the North of the historical centre of the city: 15 mn by feet from the piazza of the Duomo. There is a supermarket (CONAD) not far from the house. Everything being closed after 18:00 h, it was nice to have a kitchen.

Bene ma non benissimo

La posizione rispetto a Pistoia, il parcheggio gratuito sotto casa, il caffè lo zucchero ed il tè (oltre l'olio!) In dispensa.

Il bagno non era riscaldato, la doccia era troppo troppo piccola, non c'erano attaccapanni sufficienti per 4 persone. La cucina è nella stanza da letto stessa.

Su ubicación perfecta para hacer los desplazamientos, el trato de Piero y su mujer extraordinarios, nos dieron toda la información que necesitábamos e incluso más, nos hicieron un cambio de apartamento por un problema de mi hija muchas gracias a los 2

Accogliente monolocale mansardato

Appartamento mansardato ristrutturato dotato di piccola cucina, condizionatore, tavolino per mangiare un letto matrimoniale e due singoli, settimino più piccolo armadio. Letti e cuscini comodi, cucina dotata di alcune pentole piatti bicchieri e posate, moka e detersivo per piatti. Bagno cieco con bidet e doccia. Posizione buona per il centro di Pistoia (5 min in auto). Piccola televisione a disposizionez Terrazzino molto carino con un tavolo con sedie. Vicinissimo ad un parco con giochi e bar. L’host è stato molto gentile e si è reso disponibile per qualsiasi necessità.

Pecche dell’appartamento sono state secondo noi due: - mancanza di un elettrodomestico per scaldare le pietanze, che sia forno o microonde. Abbiamo cenato in casa due sere e abbiamo dovuto sempre spadellare. In microonde sarebbe stato perfetto. Per il latte del bambino abbiamo usato il bollitore. - doccia molto molto piccola, per le dimensioni del bagno sarebbe stata perfetta una doccia leggermente più ampia. Detto ciò è stato un piacevolissimo soggiorno

Posizione comodissima per gli spostamenti. Grazie alle indicazioni del proprietario siamo riusciti a visitare Firenze senza dover pagare un salasso di parcheggio. A due passi dal centro.

Ottima struttura

Ottima struttura in zona residenziale, pulita e silenziosa. Parcheggio facilmente disponibile lungo la strada. I proprietari sono di una gentilezza unica e molto disponibili. Ho pernottato lì per una gara podistica e si sono offerti di accompagnarmi alla partenza evitandomi la noia di prendere l’ auto e il casino di trovare un parcheggio nelle vicinanze! A disposizione in camera c’è tutto l’occorrente per cucinare e farsi un ottimo caffè. Praticamente tutto perfetto

Fenomenal habitacíón.

La habitación nueva, moderna, bien aislada y agradable temperatura( hilo radiante).Las sábanas y las toallas.La limpieza y organización.El anfitrión encantador y nos recomendo un restaurante bueno cerca y hay una pasteleria también cerca.Pistoya andando y supermercados cerca a pie. Aunque en las fotos es abuhardillado...los techos son cómodos y altos.

Lo menos llevadero las escaleras.Aunque está bien, un microondas mejoraria la cocina.
