Great location, Alberto is a great host- he managed to find us a parking spot right next to the property. The apartment is spacious and has all you need.

Spent a good day in Pistoia, apartment comes with great location and a great host.

The host is outstanding; we wasted some of his time at check-in (due to us not understanding the ZTL passes can be issued after you enter the zone) and he was the most accommodating. He helped us with parking on the street 20 steps from the door. If you are driving in - just listen to his instructions, he will take care of you. Location is superb, you are right in the middle of the old town, looking at an old church from your windows, 5 min from a local market and restaurants on the Michelin guide that will not break the bank! Rooms are spacious, nice and large eat-in kitchen with everything you need if you want to make breakfast. Price is reasonable. Would stay again any time.

Pulizia e posizione rendono questo appartamento ideale.

Posizione splendida, al centro, in zona ZTL ma il gestore che è di una cortesia indescrivibile, ci ha procurato il permesso (a pagamento ma questo è ovvio) e, cosa assolutamente UNICA nella nostra esperienza, ci ha trovato il posto auto vicinissimo all'alloggio e ci ha aspettato per fare in modo che potessimo parcheggiare. Il costo del posto auto, aggiungo, era compreso nel prezzo, modestissimo, del permesso ZTL. L'appartamento è al secondo piano, senza ascensore, cosa che potrebbe essere un problema per qualcuno. L'appartamento, non nuovissimo, è completo e accogliente. La cucina è grande e ben accessoriata. La pulizia di ogni ambiente è esemplare. L'alloggio si trova proprio a fianco di uno dei simboli stessi di Pistoia. Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene.

La gentilezza delle persone che gestiscono l'appartamento ha reso il ritiro delle chiavi facile e sopratutto adatto alle nostre esigenze, che erano un po' complicate.
