Appartamento La Torre

Beautiful apartment in a great location, panoramic views. A very comfortable stay.

Quickly discovered that there was no Wi-Fi, although it clearly stated there was. I contacted the owner who said that the cable had been cut the previous week and he had no idea when it was being fixed. On my return home I asked for a partial refund, as I had to use my phone data, and I would be out of pocket. As soon as I asked for a refund, he ignored me. I contacted Booking.com who agreed with me and said they would sort it out with the owner. They got back in touch to say they couldn’t reach a resolution with the owner, and offered to pay me a partial refund by way of a credit. Very disappointed in the owner’s attitude regarding this. The shower in the property was awful; took an age to heat up, then switched from scalding hot to freezing cold constantly. I mentioned this to the owner on my return also. I also felt that leaving one toilet roll for 6 nights was pretty penny pinching!

Purtroppo i termosifoni non si sono accesi del tutto quindi ha fatto un po’ freddo, e poi la serranda della finestra che puntava proprio sulla cupola non si poteva aprire

Struttura confortevole, praticamente in centro. Arrivato in auto, è stato facilissimo trovare posto seguendo le indicazioni dello staff. Ambiente pulito.

Nella camera da letto sicuramente da migliorare gli oscuranti, lasciano filtrare la luce e per chi ha il sonno debole non è un bene, sono riuscito a riposare solo grazie all’ausilio di una maschera per gli occhi.

Posizione. Appartamento arredato con gusto. Bella vista.

Eravamo 2 persone ma c’era solo 1 asciugamano. L’appartamento ha troppe finestre con tende poco coprenti e c’era molta luce anche di notte. Le vetrate fanno effetto serra quindi bisogna dormire con il clima acceso tutta la notte altrimenti fa troppo caldo.
