The mattress is too soft and sagging, so it hurts my back

Very clean. Big bathroom with 2 showers and 2 sinks. Nice view from the upper room on Todji Temple.

1. The owner slept on the ground floor in a storeroom (we heard his snoring every morning), which didn't add at all to our privacy. Though, the owner told us that the whole house is at our disposal. I remind you that the price per day, including taxes, was 25714 JPY! In central Osaka, we booked a 4-star super comfy hotel for a much cheaper price! 2. Lots of steep stairs, very uncomfortable to carry your baggage and totally not appropriate to disabled or eldery people. 3. We had only 1 TV on the first floor, and it didn't work. The owner told us that there's some problem and he just didn't take any care of it. He doesn't speak English, so we didn't understand what the problem was. 4. No cleang at all during all of our stay (for more than a week!), though we paid for it separately! 5. No tea/coffee, even no tea bags (after we asked, the owner brought us several disposable plates and coffee/tea bags on the second day of our stay). 6. A very dirty and tiny balcony with a broken slide door, so we couldn't use it at all. 7. No kitchen, even no mini kitchen. No dishes, only a few disposable cups. 8. A bit dirty microwave. 9. There's a washing machine, but it's restricted to use it (though there's a coin laundry nearby, for this price and for a whole house rent, I expected to have one). 10. When we just checked in, there was a very strong smell of chemicals, so suffocating. 11. For a 2 - floor house with 2 rooms we had only 3 hangers. Super uncomfortable. The owner said he has no more hangers. Overall- for a lower price in the very center of Osaka city, we had a suite room in a 4-star hotel with a kitchen, wardrobe room, everyday cleaning service, washing+drying machine, coffee machine, normal dishes, stunning view, breakfast included and many many more. This is a way too high price for such conditions and almost no service at all. At least it was a very clean house (except for the microwave).
