The position was perfect very near to main station. Very clean and nice.

La maison est très bien conçue, dans le style japonais, bon matériaux, bonne literie, complètement rénové, les toilettes et la salle de bain sont toute neuves. Le quartier est vraiment typique, et très calme, très proche de la gare. Beaucoup d'espace, ce qui est précieux au Japon! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille ( 2 adultes et 3 enfants)

l'adresse pour récupérer le digicode n'était pas la bonne, cela nous a mis du temps de trouver la 'réception", qui est très proche de la maison. il faudrait envoyer un plan lors de la confirmation de la réservation, comme ils le donnent quand on arrive, cela aurait été beaucoup plus simple.

Nice place to stay, amenities are good. It has a big socks/underwear hanger. Staff can speak English and can help to call for Taxi service. Helpful

If you have to pull your luggage there, this place is a little bit far from Kyoto Station, although it is just 15 minutes walk. But under the sun, think again

Nice traditional home, quite close to the station and city center. We had a whole house to ourselves, in a quiet neighbourhood. All amenities you could think of were provided and the house had siting area, dining area and space for everyone. We also had a small yard and a tiny balcony to airdry our clothes.

Price was a little steep compared to other options we found at first but combined with the location and the amenities it's not that big of a deal. The only major flaw I have is that while luggage storage was available, on the day we were leaving there was no one at the front desk and there was a sign that the reception was closed. So we couldn't use the service even though we were inside the normal operating hours for the service. Turns out this was probably due to the public holiday on that day but it should have been mentioned by the staff when I asked about luggage storage availability a week or so before arriving.
