Welcome to Little Oasis, your charming studio retreat at Summit 407A! This freshly updated condo is the perfect escape for a romantic beach getaway or a peaceful solo retreat. With new flooring, fresh paint, and thoughtful touches throughout, this cozy space invites you to relax the moment you arrive.
The studio is designed for comfort and simplicity, featuring a plush king-size bed and a 56" flat-screen TV for nights in. A convenient desk is included if you need to catch up on work—though we recommend trading emails for ocean breezes whenever possible! The kitchenette is stocked with essentials like a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, making it easy to enjoy light meals or morning coffee before heading to the beach.
The spacious bathroom feels like a private spa, with a large soaking tub for bubble baths and a separate walk-in shower—perfect for rinsing off the day’s sand before a night out. Step out onto your private balcony and take in peaceful views of the resort grounds, the Topsail Hill Nature Preserve, and even a peek of the emerald Gulf waters.

The room was clean and comfortable. We had a problem with the door lock but it was resolved in a timely manner with no other problems. My only negative is I would like to have ice machines on property

Our experience was ok, but there were some issues or opportunities for improvement. We were there for beach and tennis and found out before hand that we would not be able to use tennis courts. Upon entering our unit was not as cool as we’d like & found that the unit had a Nest thermostat with no instructions to use it. Changed temp to see display say it would change in 2 hours. The floor was sandy and we didn’t go to the beach as it was double red flag while we were there. The condo overlooks the pool and hot tub and the hot tub was not operational. We were told we could use the pool and hot tub at the tides, we did make the walk to the tides to use the pool and enjoyed live music there, but the hot tub was for Tides residents and guests. There was no kitchen except for microwave and fridge which was okay, but the amenities included dishwasher pods with no dishwasher. Would have been better for that unit to have small coffee set up with Keurig and kcups etc. while we prefer gulf and beach views, my husband did enjoy getting up early to see 5 deer come out from the nature preserve to the courtyard below our balcony.
