Step into comfort at this clean and modern beach condo! In addition to the beautiful beach, we have plenty of luxury for you to enjoy inside. Come in from the heat to central air conditioning and tile flooring, which changes to plush carpet in the main area of the condo. Unwind with a hot shower in the bathroom, complete with double sinks and an intricately tiled shower. The shower features a handheld shower head and a built-in shower bench. Mix up a drink or a light supper in the wet bar style kitchenette, which includes cups and stemware for any beverage you may require during your stay. Take it out to the furnished balcony and enjoy the sweeping view of the beach and surrounding greenery. There's plenty of seating inside, too - including a desk workspace in case you need to finish some remote work before heading to the beach. But that's not all! Guests can also enjoy access to a shared outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, and tennis court during their stay.
The beach is just a short walk down TOPS'L Beach Boulevard - don't forget to stop at Pompano Joe's for some coconut shrimp once you arrive, just under five miles away. Beyond the beach, guests can take in 18 holes at the award-winning Raven Golf Club, just one-and-a-half miles from the condo. Enjoy shopping for designer goods at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, a bit over two miles away. Gator Beach, just under eight miles from the condo, hosts free shows and exhibitions featuring one of Florida's most famous animals. There's even a rare albino alligator!

Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 8.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had a wonderful time on our stay at the Summit. We had an amazing view from the 8th floor. The room was very neat and clean. We had no issues and when contacting the desk for information for restaurants on site they were very courteous, sweet and helpful. We had lunch at the Blue Dune cafe and the food and service was great. We will plan on staying there again. Hopefully soon.

Room was great everything we expected but the door that joins 805 and 805A needs to be sealed better . Every word was heard from our neighbors directly from the door . Emailed Vacasa NO response to resolve noise complaint

Really enjoyed our stay and the condo included a small kitchenette with microwave, fridge, full size coffee maker and a toaster. Very good value and close proximity to the beach. This property also had a relatively private pool and hot tub separate of the other buildings.
