Decorated in romantic ocean tones, this condo is ready to host your next Miramar Beach getaway. Enjoy your morning coffee out on the private, furnished balcony with a view of the surrounding flora and a glimpse of the shared pool. Cool off inside in the central air conditioning after a day at the beach, watch a show or a movie on the brand-new 55-inch TV, and then step into your standalone shower. The kitchenette can also help you store and reheat all the leftovers from your adventures out sampling the local cuisine. Guests may also access the pool throughout their stay, as well as a shared hot tub, outdoor shower, tennis court, and more.
Start your day at the beach, just a short walk from your door. Beyond the beach, guests can take in 18 holes at the award-winning Raven Golf Club just under two miles away. Enjoy shopping for designer goods at the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, just a little over two miles away. And Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch!) just eight-and-a-half miles from the condo.

No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach.
The kitchenette has a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster.
Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 4.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Tops’L the Summit was is located on the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. The room was very nice and clean with great views from the spacious balcony. There is a pool located at the Summit if you don’t want to walk to the beach also, very nice property.

This place is hands down amazing for a nice r&r very little noise beautiful property has very short walk to the very well kept beach or beachfront bar and grill. Everything was clean the whole time. I seen more cleaning crew here then any other resort we have ever stayed at. Pool is amazing and everyone we interacted with was kind and friendly
