TOPS’L Beach and Racquet Resort is located in Miramar Beach, in close proximity to the excitement and adventures of Grand Boulevard and Baytowne Wharf. Downtown Miramar Beach and all of its incredible dining options can be found less than three miles west from your charming studio. However, this beach town is also known for having the famous and sought-after Silver Sands Premium Outlets, which features around 110 designer and name-brand outlet stores and extraordinary deals. Enjoy the local events and festivals occurring in the area throughout the year, venture over to the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park for hiking and nature trails, or simply explore the local cuisine.

Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 6.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The walls are very thin, so you will hear your neighbors conversations. Other than that, it was a very smooth stay. The room was spacious, and the view was great. I would definitely come back.

The view is great! The room is like a hotel room with a small deck overlooking the ocean, pool and hot tub. It is a small walk to the beach. The unit was clean and yes, as others mentioned in their reviews, the shower pressure was amazing. The walls do seem thin so you can hear people around you or going up and down the hall. My biggest issue was with the extremely loud renovations going on in a unit the floor above. Unfortunately, it was a private residence and Vacasa has no control over the noise between 8AM-5PM. Hopefully, the renovation will be over before the next guest checks in.

The unit was nice and it was clean. A little dated and a few tiny things to address, but a good value for the money and a nice view. The property was awesome and the staff was spectacular. From Jennifer at check-in to Melonie in the bistro, what a fantastic stay and a great bunch of employees. I felt like a rock star. The tennis staff and head pro called me by name and greeted me every time I walked by. So unusual to get great service right now, but this staff pulled it off flawlessly. A happy group that went out of their way to make me feel special.
