Perhaps explain properly re where to find iron / hairdryer and maybe a little block of soap in bathroom. Not a criticism ,possibly an oversight

Not a lot
Most things -scruffy & dirty carpets , staff untrained, took 30 mins to check in as the member of staff didn’t know what they were doing. Breakfast requested only to be told it was 9.30 on a Sunday!! Not good when working. Planned on eating dinner there but it wasn’t very inviting. The bar was poorly stocked & generally poor.
