It was clean and well presented. Comfortable, clean spacious rooms located right in the heart of the town. Monica, the host, was friendly, super helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Our three rooms were at the back of the house and were very quiet, and these are the best ones to ask for. Breakfast was home cooked and served in a pleasant breakfast room.

The location was perfect as we were visiting family in Lutterworth. Lovely host. Prefect rooms. Bed was so comfy and the pillows were excellent. Great over night stay.

The room was exceptionally clean, and I loved how big the room was. The access to the patio was a bonus too.
The first shower I had was cold as hot water didn't seem to be connected. But the next shower next morning was perfect.
